Our stay overall was good. The location was great (within walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, The Natural History Museum, The Science Museum, heaps of shops, restaurants, and more, and there's a tube station just down the street). The room was equipped with everything we needed (kettle, fridge, dishes, hair dryer), and it was clean and quiet, but while being on the small side is typical for London (at least in this area), the layout was a little strange and didn't seem to best use the space. (Or maybe we just didn't care at all about the big TV and TV section of the room). Breakfast was included, which was great, and there were good options, but sometimes the service was a little off (always friendly, but not always reliable? As in, taking quite a while or some things forgotten), and one morning the waffle (which was usually soft) was too hard to cut. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating, but sometimes housekeeping forgot to give us toilet paper (which was about all we really cared about aside from having the rubbish taken out). Mostly good with a few things slightly off.
