朋友接到酒店回訪電話態度誠懇，望好評。入住升房的驚喜對印象是很有好感的，但是一碼歸一碼，客人對入住期間酒店的感受真實反饋，並不是無事生非，指出問題做為酒店管理方更應珍惜，畢竟有意見才有改進。酒店位置天然佔據着景區一流的景色，客人自然期待一流的服務。本着對平台旅友負責的態度寫中肯事實，希望再去有所改善！

非常失望！十字水酒店在疫情前已經去過很多次了，以前還是很滿意的。這次疫情過後再去，大變樣。設施陳舊不維修，服務人員服務態度非常冷漠（據説工作人員大面積被欠薪），蚊蟲非常多。
最關鍵是生活用水居然都是泥沙，洗完澡渾身發癢，現在準備去看皮膚科了！！！服務人員還説是因為下雨原因，這年頭不管你用什麼水，有過濾器這個東西的，也不至於都是泥沙。這些都是用於洗澡刷牙，煮開水的。估計也是沒有維護，或者不重視顧客感受。
服務人員態度強硬，愛理不理。事後還怪罪客人。
事後酒店方堅決説他們沒錯，拒不承認錯誤。也不協調～
我是不會再住你們旗下任何酒店了。

酒店屬於比較傳統的度假村，面積大，風景不錯，但是服務一般，客房設施一般，衞生一般，考慮到這個價格總的來説評分較差。

衞生：還行
環境：大山環繞，流水潺潺，非常乾淨的野外；酒店內則是蟑螂和蟲子橫行，晚上伴着黴味入睡，從白天到晚上就是浸在大功率的加濕器裡邊，潮濕的紙巾最有體會。
服務：一般，叫拿被子也沒有給到，凍了一晚
早餐:湊合
溯溪遊:沒感受到
