I really loooove this hotel. I wrote this review in 2023. :-)
Robby and room look like movie cinema. They have a concept.
It was not very newest style but gave me good feeling.
Above all, Room condition is so good, very clean and Service is good.
Best location for Universal Studio Hollywood.
Definitely It takes 20 minutes to walk to Universal Studio.
I really want to stay in there again.. Miss already this room.

雖然是老酒店，但是裏面看着很新，應當是翻新過不久。房間裏面，很寬敞，衞生間很大。前台服務生非常禮貌。酒店沒有餐食，但是幾十米外就有很多餐館。有的餐館註明早餐，都是西式的，沒有中餐。從酒店走到影城十幾分鍾，有路標指示，很容易到達影城。但是從影城回酒店，要原路返回才行，否則容易迷路。去影城會進過一箇中餐館～眉州東坡酒樓，很好吃。

每次在門上掛了牌子都沒有人來打掃，衹有退房才有人來打掃…..不提供沐浴露，衹有香皂，洗髮水用一次就差不多用完了，以及wifi真的很爛很爛很爛 爛到用不了的程度，我全程用流量了，環球影城的wifi都比酒店好用

離環球影城挺近的 可以步行 但大路上步行並不友好～ 酒店空間挺大 但毗鄰馬路 晚上車水馬龍 噪音很大 前台印度小哥服務態度還是不錯

The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. That was the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms are very dated. I killed a cockroach in the room. There is zero sound proofing. We heard everything above us especially the toilet and shower water running. There was a 1/2" gap under the door to the hallway so ALL noise traveled in. The pool is tiny and not heated at all. My kids who will swim outside in October couldn't even get in.

Checked in just before midnight and intend to be out by 0700ish… had to pay a parking fee for that period of time even though there is ample parking. I can understand 24 or more stays but to be charged this is irritating.
The deposit should be charged at time of booking… or offer a reduced based upon the guest’s period of staying. Especially when it’s a 3-5 day wait for a refund when we are in essence only staying 7 hours

Our room reeked of **** from the second we walked in.. room was hot and if you turned on the ac it would tick.

Only downside was that we were first given room that was dirty and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. But the guy was kind enough to give us another room that was closer to elevator for convenience. Hotel looked clean and relatively safe. It was close to Universal studios which is where my family and I were going. Overall 4/5. Cleanliness 3/5, definitely a lot of potential with proper accountability towards cleaners.
