Paid for two nights. Arrived late to a locked parking lot. No attendant to address the locked door. Hotel continued to check me in and charge me for the two night even after talking to them twice stating i was not there and couldn't get in. They continued to charge for the second night. No basis to charge me. When they lock out their patrons. Maybe unsafe area??

Breakfast was not served at 6:00am as paid for. We started off our new year on the road with no breakfast. This was very disappointing. The front desk provided us with the excuse that the person responsible for providing breakfast did not show up for work.

We needed a hotel close to University Medical Center, and this location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants near as well. Hotel is very nice, staff exceptional, and cleanliness was top notch.

This is a fantastic hotel. Stayed here because it was close the University Medical Center. Very friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Even though our room faced the Highway, we didn’t hear any noise. From the hallway, I could hear the people in the room next to us, but it was silent inside the room.
The location was the perfect spot to go to a Tech football game. There is a walking bridge. We spent two nights and never once had to use our car.
Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices.
