Wonderful hotel in the small Andalusí town of Lucena. The staff was helpful and equipped to store our bicycles we rented from #bikespain. We had an incredible and authentic gastronomic experience at dinner as well. The room was fairly basic but clean and the bed was firm as were the pillows (both memory foam). Not an issue for us but might be for others. The staff was warm, helpful and present at all times. Highly recommend would stay again!

L'hotel è realizzato in un bellissimo edificio il cui patio, coperto da una struttura semitrasparente per proteggere i tavoli del ristorante dalle intemperie, è visibile solo dai corridoi del primo piano La nostra stanza era al secondo piano .... Letti molto confortevoli Staff professionale Silenzioso

Me alojé la noche del 27 de Octubre y fue imposible descansar. En el patio interior había un evento de muchísima gente por la noche. Llamé a recepción a las 23:30 para saber si les quedaba mucho y me dijo el recepcionista que lo pararían pronto.Aguanté una hora más y escuché que algunos se marchaban pero se escuchaban grupos que entraban y salían todo el tiempo dando voces. Después los camareros se pusieron a ordenar el patio arrastrando mesas y sillas para dejarlo todo en su sitio. No terminaron de arrastrar hasta las 2:30 o más sin consideración alguna para los huéspedes.

Fuimos de casualidad y Sorprendidos de lo bonito y lo bien que se está. Precioso por dentro, y te haces partícipe de la historia del edificio. Magnifico hotel desde una simple almohada colchón o el trato del personal. Volveremos a Lucena solo por ir a ese hotel. La relación calidad precio muy buena.

Me siento muy defraudada con este hotel , muy bonito pero las estrellas le sobran. Estuve 4 días desde el 30 de Abril al 3 mayo y todos los días me cobraron distintos precios solo por alojamiento, ya que no incluye ni el desayuno, 70€ el primer día , 80€ el segundo día, 90€ el tercero y 75€ el último, un caos,. Aparte tienes un minibar vacío pq no te ponen ni agua y cuando le dices que te pongan 1 botella te la cobran a precio de oro . Por último, la bañera tenía una altura infernal , casi tienes que utilizar una escalera para entrar y salir y cuando abres la puerta del baño el techo parece que se te cae encima haciendo un ruido horrible pq es un falso techo y se deslizan las láminas. Un caos, deberían actualiz**** un poco. No volvería , me parece muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Parece un parador de bueno que es. El edificio es una joya y está bien conservado. Las instalaciones funcionan bien. El personal es atento y amable. Tienen un restaurante excelente en ese patio central que es una preciosidad. Cosas mejorables : poner vasos de vidrio en las habitaciones en lugar de plástico (desmerece para lo que es este hotel).

Estuvimos dos noches alojados en lo que prometía ser un hotel con encanto pero que finalmente acabó siendo un desastre. La habitación era pequeña y anticuada. El olor del baño que invadía toda las dependencias indescriptible. La ducha se estropeó el segundo día y, para colmo, ese día amanecimos con una inundación en el cuarto de baño. El personal de recepción amable pero no el del desayuno que, por cierto, fue muy escaso. No volveríamos.
