Niemand om in te checken, buiten incheck apparaat werkte niet naar behoren. Kende resserveringsnrs niet. Meerdere gasten konden niet inchecken. Eigenaar meerdere malen gebeld. Nam niet op, belde niet terug.
Uiteindelijk heeft andere gast meegeholpen in te checken. (mijn nationaliteit bleek niet goed)daarna geen handdoeken op de kamer(s), hadden meerdere mensen niet.
Na uren kwam assistent vd eigenaar, die eigenlijk vrij was, hij heeft zo goed en kwaad alles geprobeerd op te lossen. Kamer was schoon, maar zeer warm, moest met zware koffer naar verdieping, geen lift. Restaurant was vanwege Urlaub gesloten. 10 km verderop in dorp gegeten.
Ontbijt was oké. Zal hier in de toekomst niet meer overnachten.

Wir bekamen bei unserer Anreise lediglich Bettwäsche und Handtücher für nur eine Person zur Verfügung gestellt. In Ihrem Hotel befand sich kein Ansprechpartner und telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Wir mussten uns selbst Bettwäsche suchen und ein zweites Bett beziehen. Dazu kam das, dass Hotelzimmer sich in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand befand. Im Badezimmer befanden sich im Eimer noch die Damenbinden von den Gästen vor uns. Das Badezimmerfenster (die Innenrahmen) wurde über Monate nicht gereinigt. Das Bettlaken war fleckig. Die Stühle im Zimmer waren so dreckig und nicht benutzbar. Selbst nach unsere Beschwerde am nächsten Morgen, fanden wir am Abend noch immer kein gründlich gereinigtes Zimmer vor. Das Badezimmerfenster sah noch genauso aus. Es wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt und auch der Boden wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Das Haus verdient überhaupt nicht mehr die Bezeichnung Hotel, sondern dient lediglich als Arbeiterunterkunft.
