下了高鐵休息不二選擇。優點： 1、性價比之王。 2、彬彬有禮，服務用心。 3、房間温馨，設施古樸，衞生好，檔次高。 4、自助早餐，品種多樣豐富，吃好吃飽，符合一家人門頭 5、親測免費接送高鐵站服務，準時有禮貌，奧德賽商務車，安全穩重，幫提行李。我提前一天電話預訂接站，預留手機號，到站後就接到工作人員的電話告知接車地點。送站也是提前一天告知前台，會提前半小時提醒。雙程都是衹接送我一家三口，無拼車。完美！ 6、這次住居然免費升級到豪華大床房。意外驚喜！ 7、每個房間送免費果盤。 8、免費停車場。 9、全家大小120%滿意，對酒店印象美好，期待下次再來！

跟朋友出來玩選擇了這家酒店，服務很貼心，我們是坐高鐵到達之後酒店還提供免費接送服務，本來定的房間到店之後酒店小姐姐告知後面施工有點吵所以房間給免費升級了，瞬間覺得很開心😆 晚上去吃了自助餐，小龍蝦很奈斯！有4種口味，不過我喜歡麻辣的，這對於愛吃辣的我簡直是福音啊！值得推薦！👍

大夏天的出高鐵西站出租車竟然不拉我，把我氣毀了，剛到酒店前台，竟然給我送上涼毛巾擦手，頓時心裏的火氣就消下去一大半，剛到房間，服務員竟然又送過來一份水果，真的太意外太驚喜了，必須推薦，走的太急沒有來得及好好感受一下，不開心，希望下次又機會再來吧

大學同學來漯河找我玩，就幫忙訂了這家酒店，之前也住過不少酒店，但這家酒店是真的可以，打開門一進去，空調就幫忙開過了，還有準備的精心小零食，超級棒！他們家的衞生間也是乾濕分離的，真很貼心！下午和同學去二樓休息的地方玩，電影院也超爽，總之給我的感覺很不錯，哈哈哈🤣 🤣 🤣

酒店整體給人的感覺很貼心，處處想的都很周到，從高鐵站的接站到走的時候再給自己送走，無一不處處透着貼心，一上車，先遞給一個涼毛巾，嚴熱的酷暑頓時給心底灑上一絲涼意，在到酒店，前台的小姐姐已經在大廳等候了，看到你來，立馬上前服務，又是遞肖笑，又是遞水，前台辦理入住的也很給力，我的可能網站辦理的快速入住，直接房卡一刷，就可以啊，真的很給力，我和男朋友，上樓後更是新喜，有人給直接引導到房間，房間不是很大，但是應有盡有，我個人最為喜歡的就是他們的牙膏了，盡然像在家一樣，用雲南白葯牙膏，當然也有一次性的，但是有了這個，誰還用那一次性的，我乾脆拿那個一次性的牙膏刷鞋子了，哈哈😄，水果是冬棗，有的甜，有的不甜呀，其他的吃的我都吃了，下次那個純奶給我換成酸奶吧，存奶喝夠了，唯一感覺有瑕疵的就是電視📺了，若電視能在大一些，換成70寸的，那就更好了，早餐也不錯，炒的那個青菜挺好吃的，小米粥做的不錯，值得表揚，我還吃了那個切片麪包🍞加上幾片西瓜，抹上奶酪，又一翻風味，滿意！

離譜 真的離譜 從來沒有見過這麼離譜的酒店.我們前前後後出行旅遊這麼多次 住過好的不好的酒店也幾十上百家了 從來沒有聽説過有酒店房卡意外丟失需要補錢.補錢就算了 一張卡五十 .我辦個身份證工本費才十塊錢 咋的指着這賺錢呢？什麼卡比身份證還金貴呢.我們都要走了追出來貼臉 真是敬業呢 且不説補卡費用 建議任何有出行需求的人都不要選擇這家酒店.半夜隔音特別差 凌晨一兩點都能聽到外面的人吵吵 根本睡不着.水吧那裡上面還有一層玻璃 沒有放任何東西沒有任何作用 除了撞人腦袋 真挺離譜的 麻將桌有多臟我們都沒拍下來 真可惜了

2月4號的漯河漫天大雪，路上厚厚的積雪。長申的司機師傅擔心我們拖着行李在積雪上難走，貼心的把我們送到了離進站口最近且沒有積雪的地方。寒冷的冬天裏被深深的暖到了。

在漯河的時候經常會去住的酒店。總體還是不錯的。但是和剛開業的時候有差別，無論是硬件還是服務。時間久了，硬件開始有所老化，服務也不比最開始的時候。邊上造房子，已經幾年了，噪音還是一直有，影響住宿體驗。自助餐模式變化了，不是真正意義上的自助了，點餐式的了，不知道還是真的自助餐嗎？優點還是不限量。
