We loved our stay in this hotel: clean, big room and comfortable bed. Didn't have a chance to taste the breakfast coz overslept it. We will definitely come back.

大堂服務經理超熱心，貼心幫忙安排送上山的車，講解山上玩意，酒店餐廳吃得選擇少，基本上只有火鍋，不過送的早餐很合我口味，總括來說都很滿意！

酒店套票比單獨購買划算，酒店房間很大，有小沙發，辦公桌椅，有陽台，遊玩前一晚住宿，早餐後自駕半小時到達景區，還是要買大套票，可少走很多路，小孩長者不建議登頂，最後700米比較難爬，風非常大，到轎頂還是很有成就感的，回來幾天了小腿還在疼！

這就是套着轎子雪山的票，要不然麼真的不值這個價，住進去衞生間的水一會燙一會冷，洗澡都難，吊頂還半掉式的（有圖片的）洗澡不小心都要被砸着，服務員説叫工程人員來修，搞了前前後後三十多分鐘，小孩子脱了衣服等了半個多小時，都想發火了！到處灰塵都落了一層，真不知道這個酒店的管理是咋樣

酒店很大很氣派，設施也都很新，房間和酒店環境都乾淨整潔，超出我的預期，晚上還放了煙花。唯一不足的是，早餐東西簡單了一些，而且酒店準備不足。我是不到八點到的餐廳，人比較多，雖然還有很多空位，但是明顯服務人手不夠，很多桌子來不及收拾，食品也有很多空了，來不及補上。另外挺奇怪的是，浴室內放了四個洗髮水而沒有其它的，是酒店缺貨還是服務員疏忽了？

設施很完善，停車場很大還有地下車庫，房間該有的都有，衞生很乾凈，早餐很豐盛，就是要去早一點9點多就基本收了。比城裡麪一些4.5星級的還乾淨舒服，附帶的轎子山大套票很超值，缺點就是節假日人太多了，等的累，擠得煩躁，建議去早點或者避開高峯期。

超出想象。寬敞，乾淨，舒服。水很大 很熱乎。早餐也挺好吃的。外環境也很漂亮。而且套餐很划算，兩天內無數次來回。我們就一天滑雪 一天爬山。

酒店面積很大，但是大年初一入住有點臟，床單被套應該是沒換，地板也沒打掃，簡單鋪個床就完事了？一掀被子，特別長的一根頭髮，枕頭上面有毛，地毯都是果碎、零食屑。聯繫了前台，等了十幾分鍾來了清潔人員，跟我説“今天我太忙了，枕套你幫我換下嘛”，令人震驚！拒絕之後説“那我一會兒來弄地板”。實在無法理解，這是什麼理念。

西曬的房間，下午入住很不錯。主動要了小孩拖鞋，店家也滿足了。
晚上有篝火民族舞蹈，春節期間，停車場就可以放鞭炮煙花。
