The hotel is big and the rooms are big, but the facilities are too old and rusty everywhere. The towels are all thread-piled and I don't want to replace them with new ones. The design of the hot spring pool is very unreasonable. It is far away and the pool is small. The most exaggerated thing is that the large rest area on the second floor is unwilling to turn on the air conditioner and people wear short-sleeved shirts. Even wearing shorts and two blankets covered with shorts can make you catch a cold. This is really the coldest hot spring I've ever been to. It's the first and last time...

The hotel is located next to the Central Plains Buddha. It has a good environment, good facilities, clean and hygienic, many pleasing paintings and calligraphy, considerate service, and the restaurant has rich and delicious food.

Overall satisfied, the family said that the air conditioner is not too cold, but a bit hot. The food in the Chinese restaurant suits your appetite. Will go again in winter.

退休後每年都有幾次自駕遊，住過的酒店不少，此酒店是我們遇到的性價比最差的，500元一晚無論硬件軟件都不值，特別是洗澡水根本不熱，讓多放一會，放了近一個小時也沒用，遊覽完就是想沖個熱水澡水不熱有多糟心，評論區不止一人反應這個問題，一直不改可見其經營理念，真實感受，提請各方注意！

歪打誤撞發下了這麼好的一家酒店，本來是帶小朋友去旁邊的水上樂園，結果預訂錯地方了、福泉大酒店整體環境也挺不錯的，和福泉温泉是挨着，大概有800米 服務：工作人員服務很熱情，有問題及時幫助解決 設施：設施整體挺新 環境：房間內乾淨整潔，空間也比較大，我們預訂的是家庭房，很寬敞，房間帶了一個小陽台，可以看到園區裏別緻的風景，10月初酒店園區裏桂花都開了，走到哪都有陣陣桂花清香 早餐:早餐很豐盛，竟然還安排了胡辣湯、油條，並且味道很不錯，對我來説已經很正宗了
