It is our repeated stay at the hotel. We like larger room size and the excellent location which is surrounded by choice of food varieties, and proximty to the station.

Room is good, location is good, but no any staff just only online phone call, no human service. no car parking but near the hotel have coin parking

Apart from the sound insulation. Other things are good. The toilet is clean, the room is big enough.

Spacious comfortable room and if u drive , convenient parking 18:00 to 9.00 at 500 yen less than 100 m away !!
Bed is also good and all amenities including washer and dryer ( 600 Yến package) laundry facilities !
Location is also near to the shopping street !

Hotel close the Hakata station by foot, around 10 min walk.
Very nice and cozy hotel, personal was very friednly and helpful.
The room is a little too small for 4 persons (but ok for Japanese standards), with very good bed.
On ground floor, there is a big space to cook and enjoy meals .
I recommend the hotel!

Best things are a big room, kitchenette, and good location near to the central train station.
Inside it's a bit run down. There is no service at all as it has no front desk staff. But it works.
Laundry room is small, just a few machines, but it is convenient and useful.
We would consider staying here again depending on what other places/prices were available.

Nice hotel, room is big, good facilities, near train station, many eateries around. One thing I appreciate so much is I store my luggage in the locker and don’t know it have PIN code, cannot pick up. Luckily customer service of the hotel help me up by calling them on the pad at the self check in kiosk
