Terrible location with junkies all around. Door locked for known reasons. Very unprofessional and almost rude staff. No eggs on breakfast, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. WiFi was not working. Only stay there if you have too. Room was not in the best state.

It's very easy to access from and to Luton airport by bus almost 24/7. The staff is always around and willing to help. There is also free tea and coffee anytime.

Sorry for not giving a full mark to this hotel, not because of the hotel, but for Luton... feeling unsafe when came here at 20:00 with mu Fiancée. Especially, drug and a lot of gangs standing outside the corridor between mall and hotel.
A stranger knocked my door at night and seems to try to have a look inside, fortuantely, hotel staff help us to call a security to look around after he leave.
Anyway, this hotel is fine, breakfast and everything are make sense except for the shampoo and body gel are empty.

Great location. Great concept. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable bed. First time at Thistle. My room was personalised with a welcome message on my TV on arrival. Breakfast was good too. Will book again.
