酒店在學校的最裡麪，城市中心的邊上，走路去吃飯是不可能的，衹能開車打車出去或者外賣。內部看着都挺豪華。乾淨整潔，配件完整，比如雨傘喝茶套裝。早餐也豐盛。

環境真的是太美妙了，集學府和酒店為一體。晚上入住以後，帶着孩子們在學府裏遊玩，假山，湖水，亭台，還有一個超級大的操場，帶家人過來辦事的，沒想到還能遇到驚喜。房間很大，衞生乾淨，停車非常方便。離縣城中心有些遠，早餐去縣城裡吃得，想吃當地的特色，開車找了半小時。

前台辦理入住不專業，愛理不理，辦理入住旁邊白襯衫女工作人員大聲聊天旁若無人，房間電話詢問是否有掛燙機使用，第一次前台回答給問一問，過大約10分再問就説整個酒店就一台掛燙機不知在哪裡？也不主動回覆，態度差的要死，再者就是餐廳，不會補菜，吃自助餐一種菜吃見底了，尤其是8點以後去，基本都是，58元一位，去晚了都是菜底子，甚至衹剩菜湯，打着**文化幌子，沒有專業酒店的服務！

環境清幽，在**學院裏麪，房間在一樓，非常潮濕、房間大小適中，床鋪都很乾凈衞生，早餐就一般了點…夏天工人樓道里打葯的氣味大了一點。

酒店佔地很大，設施應該也是當地最好的了，但是服務很不規範，我車子停在大堂門口後去前台辦入住，我太太卸行旅，保安在邊上一動不動地看着，等所有行旅都拿下車了，卻説住宿的客房不在這個地方，要開車到另一個地方，真是暈死了！我們帶了孩子，問他們再要一床單人被子，兩次打電話都不願意給，最後很不情願地送了過來，這種服務真是無語！另外，早餐加一位要收58元，但是早餐實在太差了，收28元還差不多。還有，如下雨天，建議大家不要去住，因為前台大堂離兩邊住人的A、B樓很遠，沒有迴廊連接，要開車過去，拖行旅還有還有台階，很不方便，設施這個酒店的人估計是個外行。
