Service: The room is very spacious, you can cook for yourself, you can take a taxi downstairs, cross the road to the left and you will see the riverside, the scenery is pleasant, you can go straight to the intersection of the Yangtze River, and you can't see the end after walking for more than three minutes. Walking straight to the right is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. At night, there is a street passing by, and there are many girls who are pulling their clothes to strike up a conversation. There are teahouses, mahjong halls, massage and karaoke venues everywhere nearby.

交通便利，離水井溝非常近，民宿還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是非常漂亮的，性價比非常高，有洗衣機還可以自己做飯。非常推薦。

設施條件很差，空調很老舊，製冷效果不好，離譜的是空調外機居然在室內一個櫃子裏！衞生間下水不好，有反味，賊臭，沙發縫裡有很多之前住客留下的臟東西，沙發上還有一粒黑黑的三角形的不知道什麼東西，好像是狗糧，旁邊櫃子上還貼着用過的的假睫毛，好惡心，牀頭櫃衹有一個，沒有插座，衹有另邊連過來的一個插板。圖發不出來，大家避雷吧

一點也不好，爛透了。 1：首先入店，明明早就到了可以入住的時間，等了兩小時才入住。 2：一進去呢，撲面而來的就是床的臭味。 3：隔音不好，樓道走路聲一清二楚。 4：電視不能看，壞掉了。 5：裝修老土，土到掉渣。看着就煩死了。 6：整體氛圍不好，感覺住進了什麼破房。

垃圾裏面還有蟑螂而且那個房間不知道是沒有住過還是什麼裏面一股黴味很多設施都是壞的

位置好，服務態度也好，周邊交通方便。

第一次入住，第一印象就是有家的感覺，多處的小細節體驗房東的用心，新裝修使用很多實木傢俱避免了氣味，投影和氛圍燈都很在線！特別是主卧的床可以睡的很香，廚房做飯很方便，衞生間也乾淨整潔，房東小姐姐還準備了水還熱心的送來洗漱用品，非常nice地給予很多周邊及旅遊攻略。小區安保不錯，比較安靜也很安全。周邊小吃飲食豐富
