Bad. First, the area around the hotel is like a garbage dump. Second, I couldn't find the way after driving for a long time. There is no sign of the hotel, and there is no hotel name on the lobby of the underground parking lot. When I entered the lobby, a male waiter at the front desk said that I would be upgraded. Everything was fine, except that the upstairs was being renovated at 8am! The noise of renovation, cutting tiles, electric drilling.
I asked the front desk if I could use the microwave in the evening, and they said yes, so I packed my food and took it home. As a result, I asked the next morning, and they said no again. . All the food was wasted😳

The family room is at the very edge. The air conditioner is buzzing loudly. It is very noisy even when the windows are closed. I swatted mosquitoes for half the night and my child was bitten several times. I don't recommend the family room here.
