This hotel has its pros and cons. We've been to Green Mountain before and it was way better than Elements. In short, it was a good stay but could be better. Pros: - great selection of really good food - nice and clean modern rooms - strong shower pressure & free hair dryer - saunas - many parking lots right by the hotel - you get a free drink if you give up cleaning & room service - lovely view Cons: - reception staff doesn't speak English so we had to use Czech while they spoke Polish to communicate - air conditioning instead of heating that doesn't go above 21°C (we stayed in Elements in February when it was -10°C outside during the day and -15°C during the night so our room was cold 24/7) - packed restaurant, especially in the morning for breakfast - lots of screaming children with no manners - only a few elevators that take ages to arrive so it's better to take stairs - children playing in said elevators, riding them up and down - cold water in the main pool so we couldn't swim, we only entered the childrens' pools and whirlpools because of that

The hotel certainly meets the table value for a 5* hotel - concierge, spa, room service, minibar, etc. BUT a 5* hotel should have something more. The staff is definitely not the staff of a 5* hotel. Minimal interest in the guests, zero or minimal knowledge of English. The hotel's overall communication is poor. Even if you make a reservation from abroad, all communication is only in Polish, including the invoice you will receive upon departure. No one asks how satisfied you are. When you check out, you are not even presented with an invoice for checking, and the resulting invoice that you receive in your email is in Polish and, moreover, is divided according to VAT groups and not according to individual items. Breakfast rather average, evening buffet below average and I rather do not recommend it. Ala carte restaurant is the same restaurant where there is an evening buffet service, only reserved tables. There is a different menu on the internet than reality, which is smaller. You can also choose the Lobby bar for the ala carte menu. In any case, don't expect a restaurant of a 5* hotel, yes, the prices correspond. The hotel is new, but in spite of that it is already quite worn. Spa designed for 100 rooms rather than 290 rooms. Overall quite disappointed. We do not recommend going with the expectation of a 5* hotel. Prepare for a large number of people (290 rooms), a noisy environment - a large number of families with children, an overcrowded SPA and, unfortunately, low-quality, untrained and uninterested staff. it's a shame because it's a product that definitely has more to offer. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The place is brand new yet somehow poorly planned, maintained and disorganised overall. It is squeezed between other hotels and private households and continuously expanded/developed. The capacity of underground parking and on-premise lot are nowhere near the number of rooms so most probably you will be sent to a gravel parking good healthy five minutes walk downhill from the place. The on-site parking is next to one of hotel wings, so if you are on unlucky on level one there you may enjoy someone's bumper next to your balcony glass. If you have even numbered room in x50/x60/x70th you will be offered a magnificent view of hotel expansion construction site with all noisy attributes. One of our rooms had faulty aircon. Eventually hotel staff managed to enable it yet in two-mode operation: meat locker (cooling if you set it to 14C) or oven for any other setting. From really five star place one would expect unintrusive and efficient service. Again not so much here, room cleaning to begin with. Very slow and unpredictable. Carts clog corridors for most of the day. You can leave for a tour, seeing room next door being finished, only to return three+ hours later and see no one even looked at your place. Animation for kids was good though, Lego workshop and disco being very pleasant highlights. Generally place is kids friendly with necessary amenities (stool / toilet seat) provided. To be fair the spa is good, with some quick complimentary chocolate wraps go with any paid massage option (Jul'23). Both signature relax, 360 massage (and those chocolate quickies) were well designed and executed, reached complete nirvana. Buffet breakfast decent but nothing extraordinary. A bit packed around 9am. Decent coffee - probably kudos to brand new espresso machines and not the worst grains. Another friendly advice would be to skip on the in house restaurant. Maybe its chef is some famous guy but you can't really tell it apart from the price. Literally any place around would provide better value for money, recommend Greek and Italian next door.

Very pleasant, welcoming, kind, pretty/handsome and helpful staff. ;) ***** A large selection of tasty meals (including local dishes) and a daily variable breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet, which was constantly replenished even during the prominent period of convergence of spring holidays in CZ and PL. And although it was quite busy, with a bit of brains/common sense it was possible to work out and find the right time to dine and visit the wellness, so that it was convenient - meal times were also indicated on a leaflet in the elevator with recommendations. Only I didn't get to the Game Room with Xboxes because of the crowds of youngsters there :) :) I travel a lot for business, e.g. to Germany, it's cold everywhere in hotels now, but not so in this hotel, the temperature was very pleasant and it was a nice change. The rooms are tasteful, nicely colored and clean and cozy. Nice surroundings of the hotel in general, the part with the sauna very nice. Nice location - close to the slopes with a hotel ski bus, a walk to the center of the town with a colonnade and mineral water to drink. Nearby places for particularly bad weather, as unfortunately with us - like Czocha Castle and so on. It's also nice to be able to exchange one day of cleaning in a hotel room for a bar voucher :) I would definitely like to come back in the fall or early winter. Děkuji!

Very nice (even literaly -so handsome ;) ) pleasant, accommodating and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well and tastefully equipped and the generall imppression was warmtn - not just as a sense, but even as temeprature. (Whic for me, who is travelloing on business every week to several German hotels, that are now cold as f**, was a nice surprise.) A wide variety and selection of good quality tasty courses (incl. local dishes) in a daily changing buffet for dinner and breakfast, which was swiftly replenished even in the exposed period of the concurrence of spring holidays in the CZ and PL. And even though it was quite full during our stay, with a bit of brainst, we were able to set a suitable time for a meal and a visit to the wellness area, so that it was convenient for us - the time for the meal was also indicated on the leaflet in the elevator with a recommendation. Nice environment of the hotel overall, sauna part very nice. Nice location - close to the slope accessible by the hotel ski bus, walking distance to the center of the town with a colonnade and mineral water to drink. Nearby destinations for bad weather as we unfirtunatley had, too - like Czocha Castle and so on. I shall definitely return again in autmun or early winter.

Big hotel. Good spa area and massages are also very good. Specially Thai massage. Food is very good. Restaurant is spacey and service is quick. A little issue with parking- outside is not paid but full all the time. Drinks are expensive. 2 bottles of water for free at the room.

The beautiful location among mountain peaks provides amazing views from every window - I remember coming to this city many years ago and recall my youth. The service is extremely professional and friendly, always ready to fulfill even the most sophisticated wishes of guests. The rooms are spacious, elegant and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The restaurant serves delicious dishes, and the spa and swimming pool make your stay even more relaxing. This is a place that delights with its charm and attention to every detail. I would highly recommend!

The hotel is categorized as 5*, but it definitely lags behind other facilities in this category. The facility has 290 rooms and on the weekend we had the opportunity to use it, it was practically full. You could definitely feel it - breakfast was eaten like at a train station (food islands definitely poorly designed, narrow passages, huge crowds), crowded swimming pools, etc. For a 5* hotel and such a large one, the children's playroom (organized in one of the hotel rooms, so the area is approximately 20 square meters) is a joke. The room we used was terribly stuffy, causing an unpleasant odor, the duvet cover had blood stains, and overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The quality of food at breakfast leaves much to be desired, the station with scrambled eggs and omelettes served by one person is a mockery of the guests, and the a'la carte restaurant is very poor (especially in terms of price/quality), the dishes are prepared in advance, so absolutely delicious. The goose prepared for 11/11 was very weak, served barely warm, the meat was hard and dense. The height of the lack of professionalism was the fact that we used the restaurant twice and twice the amount of the receipt did not match the prices on the card (once by PLN 6, the second time by PLN 22). Unprofessional service, not knowing languages (to such an extent that the waiter asked by the guest about "salt and pepper" he had no idea what to bring). The quality of the elevators and their speed are a completely different story. With the hotel's capacity of approximately 600 people, only three elevators are a joke (the hotel has 6 floors). The waiting time was often several minutes). The lobby bar staff are unprofessional, have no knowledge and have to confer with each other every now and then. The evening with music was accompanied by a long night

A pleasant hotel that is very family-friendly! Highlights are the very friendly and professional staff in all areas, the really great food (we have rarely eaten such tasty, fresh and varied food in buffet form outside the USA!) and the spa with children's pool (0.5 meter pool, small water slide, toys). We would particularly like to highlight the excellent care provided by the F&B manager (?) Ewelina. Every day she helped us find something suitable for our picky eater toddler, even when the buffet didn't actually have it. She always made us feel welcome. Great! 👏👌 Across the board, great service at a high level with heart without being intrusive! Thank you! We cannot understand the complaints made here about parking spaces/prices. We paid less than 15€/night for an underground parking space ourselves and think this is completely reasonable. Anyone who complains here should go on holiday in a German 5* hotel and easily pay twice as much. TOP value for money! There is no childcare, but there is a small playroom which is perfectly adequate for babies and small children. Our toddler had a great time (supervised by a parent). The children's pool was also great. For older children there is a separate playroom with consoles (I can't comment on this as we didn't use it). Many thanks to the whole team - we will definitely come back and can warmly recommend the house! PS: Not only dinner, but also breakfast was sensational - nothing was left to be desired. Very varied and super fresh! The kitchen puts a lot of effort into it - you can feel it as a guest and it deserves a mention! Keep up the good work!
