For the last minute booking was perfect. Clean,all you need in the bathroom, cofee,tea in the room. Excellent breakfast, we have been asked if we want more but it was enough for 1 person. The receptionist was very good, polite, all the time there to help. I will come back there again definitely. Highly recommend!

Accommodating staff. Nice place. Would love to have more toiletries in the rooms. Also would prefer to have the convenience of being able to have full meals on site.

Pleasant stay, rooms clean, toiletries provided and bottled water was a nice touch. Shower pressure was good compared to other hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast was good no complaints. Cas the owner was lovely, helpful and couldn't do enough to help.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This hotel is filthy and smells terrible. Booked for 4 nights and checked out after 1. There were urine stains on pillows, holes in the bedroom walls and bathroom door and poo around the toilet. Disgusting. Walls and carpets were filthy and the whole place smelt fousty. Do not waste your money. We're in the process of trying to get ours back.

Beds and pillows very comfy. Clean and tidy. Hot showers. Fluffy towels. Very friendly owners. Excellent breakfast. Was made to feel welcome from arrival. Checked regularly to ensure we were OK. Could not do enough for us. View from the windows was great

Superior room with sea view wasn’t very superior, pictures on website don’t match what you get, didn’t expect to find a peace of ply wood on wall, mould in shower, bed far to low with wood round sides has you get out, definitely won’t be back….added pictures off own website but we got this…

Checked In & checked straight back out!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The photos are not accurate. The property is disgusting & filthy dirty. Mouldy walls covered with plywood nailed over the top. Dirty bedding. Bathroom was filthy dirty. Trailing wires Mattresses & cots blocking fire escapes I could go on....... We could not stay there & now in the process of getting our money back from *********** which is not easy.

This place is absolutely horrific we are extremely well traveled & this is by far the worse place I have ever checked into so much so that we checked right back out! The car park at the back is very rough & I doubt if your car would be there the following morning! The entrance stinks all fusty & is mouldy & very uninviting. The room was just simply awful there was plywood stuck on the wall trying to cover the thick mould, the bathroom was so dirty, the bedspread was full of stains, it stank, loose wires everywhere, a hole in the wall ( like a fist hole) paint flaking, ceiling bowing, fire escapes blocked by mattress! I could go on! I’d suggest you avoid this place at all costs as it’s nothing as described it is complete false advertisement & trying to get your money back from *********** is hard work as the hotelier doesn’t respond!! Even when we raised our issues with the hotelier he didn’t do anything not even to offer a room swap so I’m guessing they are all on par! Most good reviews for this hell hole have only given one or two other reviews which makes me question them? Avoid avoid avoid!! We will be taking this further if I could of given a zero rating I would!!

We had a lovely sea view. Beds very comfortable with clean sheets and bedding. Plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee in the room also some bottles of water and biscuits very nice touch. The host was lovely made us very welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice. Nothing was to much trouble for them if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for our lovely two day break.
