5 stars for me! The Filipino and Chinese staffs were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Room space is good for us, couple. Well cleaned. I loved everything about this newly operated hotel. Will surely to book here again when we comeback. Location is perfect, very near to bus stop and San Malo, Ruin’s. Wifi is also fast!

Great little hotel very close to all thee action of old downtown Macau. The staff are very friendly and helpful, helping with our bags even before and after checkout so we can enjoy the city. The hotel is right beside a patisserie so you can have a lovely breakfast on the morning! Rooms are comfortable and clean, and air conditioner is decent. They even have a TV with worldwide channels. Free shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. Just make sure to bring your own TP! Overall, comfy and Pleasant hotel!

Had a great stay. The room was so comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and up to standard. Highly recommend👍🏽

Great hotel and great location! The whole building seems to have been renovated recently, everything looked brand new and the room was really comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay and decided to stay one more night.

Perfect location for down town Macau. Very nice decoration although room was small but very nice., Shower and air con were excellent. I would stay here again. Very good place! Good value for money! Lots of small eateries surrounding the hotel along atmospheric small roads, some pedestrianised. 5 mins walk from the ruins of St Paul’s

There are a lot of Pensao Hostel branch within the city and this one was new and room was clean specially the bathroom. Also the hotel is located within the center of macau.accessible to food and Senado square.
