The hotel is clean is good but the breakfast food not enough like buffet...they charge $53 for child breakfast...

Good hotel , nearest to Macao tower , it is silent there one good view

Its not good location for travelers. Far from everything. Not convenance store near by. Also bery noisy in the room. Not easy to sleep

We had a good stay at Riviera Hotel Macau. The location is good, it’s quiet. Had a great view of the Macau Tower and walking distance to Our Lady of Penha church. The room was clean and have all the basic nessesities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and 6 days. they served same breakfast everyday. We didn’t mind at first but overtime, we started to crave variety. Eating the same thing everyday can become monotonous, even if it’s delicious. If would be nicer if they could serve breakfast with different dishes every other days. Overall, we had a good stay.

Great Hotel, with great services, the views are immaculate.

They upgraded my room without me asking them. The staff members were polite and helpful. The surrounding is nice and quiet. We easily figured out how to get to the busiest area with public transportation. The ride duration is only 15 minutes. The bus stop must be within a couple of hundreds feet from the front door. We were also impressed by the water-front view.

The hotel was very good overall. It was 11 mins from the Macao ferry port, taxi ride about 50-60HKD. We walked to the ruins of st Paul's which took 24mins. We were on the second floor and had no view, but we were there for 1 day, so not too bothered. A room with 3 beds cost £83 with breakfast, although Western choice was limited, Chinese selection was ok We got small bottle of water free, everything else was chargeable in the room, other soft drinks, tea and coffee too. There was a shower and a bath tub in our room, 2039.

A small lovely and friendly hotel with a good view and nice natural scent surrounding the hotel. Just the location is little far to center. By taxi about 40 MOP which equals 5$

Normal service and with a not good facilities go somewhere! Have a good Chinese restaurant in lobby.

recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the view from my room was stunning. Waking up to such a beautiful scenery each morning was a real highlight, and it made for a peaceful and refreshing start to my day. The cleanliness was well-maintained; the housekeeping staff did a great job, and my room was always tidy. I appreciated coming back each day to a neat, clean space. However, there were a few downsides. The breakfast was the same every morning with limited options, so it got repetitive quickly. A bit more variety would really enhance the experience. Additionally, the gym left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, many of the machines were either not working or in poor condition, which was disappointing as I like to keep up with my workouts when traveling. Overall, it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for great views and clean accommodations, but improvements in breakfast variety and gym maintenance would make it a more well-rounded experience.

Old-style decorated hotel, good ocean view, while the location is not quite convenient for taking public transport when having suitcases with you, as you need to climb a lot (with upward/downward slopes around).

I stayed here for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed! The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped with a comfortable workspace. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for my meetings. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of local and international dishes, and the staff were attentive and professional. Location-wise, it was convenient for both work. Highly recommend!

The concierge was really nice and gave me a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. What a spectacular view of Macau 😍 because I could see Macau tower. I also dropped my powerbank in between the furniture and I asked help, the staff immediately came to my room to assist. I also got on the free shuttle to the city centre or ferry terminal. It's also very clean and have toiletries and water. Will want to stay again! 😁

Staff were really friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious. We got an upgrade to a room with balcony as well. View was really great as we could see the Macau tower and the sea. Have a great stay and definitely would reccommend. Downside is that it is up the hill, hence might be a little inconvenient.
