Parco Ducale Country House

We arrive at 5 pm on November 6th and the very kind gentleman asks us for our documents and shows us the room, after which he follows us and hands us two bottles of water for the night. The room / apar**ent has a kind of entrance with a kitchenette and two empty fridges (don't ask me why there are two fridges) available to customers; we immediately put away the food that my partner, being intolerant to half of the food, takes from home in a consistent way. So the available fridge was welcome. The very large room with very nice wardrobe, coffee table and bedside tables. A huge pouf (puff) that we used for the suitcases (very useful and not so obvious). The bathroom is quite large, rather dated, clean and functional. For the type of structure it would be time to remove the tub and replace it with a shower. The working heating is quite noisy, but we have kept it off because the structure in general is not cold. Firm and very comfortable bed. There are also rooms without a kitchenette which are therefore not called "apar**ents". The breakfast buffet quite varied, but I can't judge because I don't know if due to Covid the management has been upset. In fact, the buffet is served and protected with Plexiglas. In any case, you can choose between different homemade cakes, croissants, some types of fruit, yogurt, juices, cold cuts, bread and jam etc. The park around the hotel is really large, well maintained and with the swimming pool running during the summer, I imagine it is suitable for children. The hotel is only one kilometer from Urbania and therefore lunch and dinner are not a problem.

Beautiful structure, very well maintained and clean, convenient for walks and to reach the center, beautiful swimming pool. The owners are very nice and helpful. There is also a children's park nearby. In short, nothing is missing. Highly recommended

Abbiamo trascorso il ponte del 25 aprile in questa struttura....e devo dire che è stata una bella esperienza!!!! Roberto e Daniela sono simpaticissimi e ottimi padroni di casa.... Una bella struttura (e peccato che siamo stati sfortunati per il brutto tempo) immersa nel verde dove rilassarsi e staccare per qualche giorno la spina.....ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è che hai la sensazione di sentirsi a casa!!!!....A presto Roberto e Daniela!!!

Siamo stati qua con altra coppia di amici, ispirati da una smartbox. Bellissimo posto, appena fuori dal centro di Urbania. Area tranquilla e ben attrezzata, camere comode e confortevoli. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Piscina e lettino a disposizione. Ma la cosa più positiva e senza dubbio l'accoglienza e la cordialità che abbiamo trovato. Nel momento in cui entri o proprietari ti fanno sentire a casa tua. Disponibili per qualsiasi necessità o suggerimento. Vale il viaggio.

Posto stupendo ubicato in un parco con giardino immenso struttura ben tenuta e pulita .cordiali e simpatia veramente al di sopra del comune con un ‘ospitalità veramente da lodare dei titolari .colazione top e pet friendly ,i cani possono entrare a fare colaIoni nella stessa stanza cosa che difficilmente capita . Altro non ho da dire tutto perfetto .

Un soggiorno perfetto. Daniela e Roberto sono due persone preziose. Ci hanno aiutato in un momento di difficoltà al di là della semplice ospitalità. Sono simpatici e molto professionali. La loro struttura è il regno della tranquillità e della bellezza. Non volevamo più andare via e sicuramente torneremo! Consigliatissimo! Colazione strepitosa e prezzi moderati. Una bellissima piscina immersa nel verde.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Urbania e raggiungere in auto Urbino. Il posto è splendido, l'accoglienza impeccabile, e abbiamo ricevuto ottimi suggerimenti per alcune visite. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Dolcezza , simpatia e professionalità. Queste sono le carte per una fantastica esperienza. Daniela con la sua estrema dolcezza e garbo e Roberto con la sua simpatia ed entusiasmo ci hanno fatto sentire a CASA. Ogni mattina colazione con Roberto dove ci consigliava i posti da visitare con schema a portata di mano ( consigliandoci anche dove poter mangiare ) e la delicatezza di Daniela nel momento di bisogno. Se passate da qui…dovete andare e farvi coccolare. Perché in vacanza si va per rilassarsi ma se trovi un posto dove ti senti a casa … quella è la vera vacanza. Grazie Daniela e Roberto !
