I checked in 9 January and my rooms were only serviced 3 times. Things were stolen from my room. My neighbors got 40 channels on tv and I only got 7.

Dirty clumps all over the floor. Dirty used pillows, it smelled, the halls had debris everywhere, and our tv didn't work. He was going to bring us another TV but just declined the stay.

The front desk worker was very friendly and accommodating, but that's where the positive things stopped. I expected a budget hotel. However, while I wouldn't say my room was "dirty," it was not tidy. Also, there are no hairdryers provided, so just be aware. There was no trash can in the room, the tub faucet leaked, the walls are paper thin. There is no carpeting in the hallway, so you hear everything when people pass by. Large home-sized trash bins were located in the hallway just outside my door for some reason, and they were filled up with trash. Also, they advertise breakfast, but the only thing provided was packets of instant oa**eal and hot water. I have a high tolerance for budget hotels, but I wish I hadn't stayed here.

The hotel is under remodeling. No continental breakfast as promised. No maid service. Limited staff. Workers all over the hotel. Is going to be nice when completed. For now, I would not recommend it.

This is a tired and bare dones property, but well located for my visit to Madison. Plusses: Clean, inexpensive, ample parking, near attractions, interstate and services. Minuses: This is a run down property. Paper thin walls, no amenities except two vending machines, no clerk at checkout, tired mattress (but clean) , deadbolt wouldn't lock, hvac and bathroom fan very loud, halls echo.
I would stay there again, but not with family. It was clean.

I liked my room. It was clean and modern. I never got woken up by noise. I did deduct one star though, because the pillows were about as thick as cotton candy.

Staff wasn’t there stood at the counter for like 15 mins it gave me a number to call but no one answered very unprofessional.

Check in was not friendly Room door did not lock Didn’t need a key Roaches in room and if you don’t come to the fest in 10 minutes after check in No refunds there TV didn’t work No shower curtain The towels were all different colors (never seen that)It looked like it was scheduled for demolition
