Receptionist lady is very friendly and nice. I stayed two nights in this hostel with good experience. This hostel is good for short trip, good location and near metro station. Recommended

Really expensive for a bed in a shared room with 8/12/22 people. They charge you with extra money (which is not based on any protocol but on what the manager considers to charge you that day) for leaving your suitcases in the towels room for a few hours. Disrespectful treatment to employees in terms of respecting their laboral righta and in terms of firing policy.

When I arrived at the place there was no one at reception. There were a bunch of guys all around inside and outside the place. I said I booked a room and they all looked at me weird and didn’t speak any English. They just led me out of the place and pointed to a different spot. It was late and dark and I was very uncomfortable and scared.
I tried looking for a place they pointed me to and it was a gated residential facility.
I left.

Mohamad and Rana was perfect at the reception, i didn't had chance to say goodbye. The hostel location a little bit far from the center but clean and that is the important.

The place is new, very very clean. Dorm beds are comfy and private, overall I had a great stay everything and everryone were really nice, only note is they charge 5€ for keeping lagguge after check out and not allowing to stay inside the hostel, so I was asked to leave. This policy was explained to me by the receptionist who offered me to just carry my stuff with me if it's not too heavy and if I don't like their policy. Besides that I am truly pleased by everything else.

No lo recomiendo...un lugar siniestro...volvimos de cenar y nos habian sacado todas nuestras pertenencias porque habian sobre alquilado nuestra habitacion (privada) ..una noche de terror

Una verguenza lo que nos hicieron en este hostels...por favor no vayan!!! Tenuamos pagadas 2 noches...a la segunda salimos a cenar y cuando regresamos nos habian sacado todas nuestras cosas de la habitacion (que pagamos una privada con baño) nos dijeron que nos teniamos que ir porque por un error de ellos que habian sobrealquilado ...fue una noche de terror..nos querian devolver el dinero a las 12.00 am ..practicamente nos arrojaron a la calle en la noche..sin lugar donde ir!!..tienen denuncias por inhabilitacion y porque albergan inmigrantes..obviamente no lo sabiamos...los dueños siniestros
