It stinks, and the bathroom is dirty. It's not safe even for a hotel. It's OK until you step in. You'll know when you get there.

This hotel made my first visit to Madrid pretty much easy its a convenient locaion to get around. Lots of Transportation options as well as really nice area, walkable to many landmarks.

For the price that we paid , it’s all worth it. I booked a total of 3 rooms for 3 days . Front desk are friendly , except for 1 gentleman, who got a bit upset with us . We were hangin mg out in the kitchen area around 7 am and he asked us to leave and hang out instead in the lounge area . He taught we’re going to have breakfast there . But we didn’t know that you’re not supposed to hang out in the area .

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Firstly, it’s very conveniently located to Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel market, being a few minutes walk from both. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants all around the hotel. Secondly the staff are just superb! Friendly and courteous.
The hotel offers free water and coffee throughout the day. We didn’t avail of the breakfast option , but at €7 per person, it looked pretty good!
The room itself was clean and comfortable, good WiFi and a very comfortable bed. Blackout curtains were great as was the air conditioning. One thing I’d have liked was a more traditional bathroom - the room had a separate shower room and toilet, with the sink outside in the main room. Nothing major though!
Would stay again.
