Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus.
As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before.
So it really was a 50/50 experience

It was impossible to sleep because you can hear everything from your room. Cleaner came in my room whilst I was sleep also at 9. Super stylish hotel though with a cool gym. Shame it didn’t deliver on its core purpose of a place where you can get rest.

位置很好,離Principle Pio地鐵站都近,行去王宮、東方廣場、太陽廣場、大劇院等地標。房間很大,整潔,酒店職員隨和及樂意幫忙,態度很好！👍

無語至極，看我們是中國人，過去就給安排了地下室的房間，陰暗潮濕一股黴味，連窗都沒有，到前台要求換了個樓上的，二樓，還是背陰，明明那麼多空房間！！！
再説酒店隔音多差勁，隔壁房間磕嗨了一直在放舞曲，從下午一直到凌晨，反饋酒店也不處理，我們敲門警告也沒用，結果就是一夜幾乎沒睡，因為早上五點就起來趕飛機
酒店工作人員服務態度差，前台態度差，我們住了三晚，除了第一晚有礦泉水之外，後面兩天都沒有，連垃圾袋都不換，非常糟糕的體驗！！！！
