The only reason I did not give a 5 score is because I find it a bit strange that no one at the hotel or in its excellent coffee-bar speaks a single word English? This is a key tourist destination and being able to converse with customers would benefit both staff and customers. “I know other places in the city have English speaking owners/staff. Exmp the cowboy bar inside the China market. It’s with a visit. Owner can tell you a lot about the area”.
