Excellent, couldn't fault it. Lovely hotel

Lovely staff used room service which was on time and was hot and delicious x

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of available parking (a small fee of £5 per night is not unreasonable). We booked a family room which had two double beds for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, and a small coffee table with comfortable chairs beside the window. The bathroom was a good size with batch and shower within - the side of the bath may have been a little high for someone with mobility issues. Large reception area with plenty of seating, a coffee bar and bar nearby. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshly cooked food and a good array of pastries. There's also a free gym, pool, steam room and sauna. But, of course, during our two night stay, the latter three were all closed for maintenance! We booked our two nights on separate bookings due to a change of plans. This caused some confusion at reception and took a while to sort out so we didn't have to change rooms.

It's far from the city centre. Breakfast was delicious. However they don't allow guests to use their microwave for reheating food. Strange.

Went here for our 10th anniversary as we got married here and it use to be our local. We had afternoon tea, which was lovely and just the right amount. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. We also stayed here, the room was a lovely size, had everything we needed, and we were able to check in slightly early. The furniture in the room is a little dated, but did its job. We had breakfast here which was lovely, with lots of choice. We used the swimming pool, which was clean and so were the changing rooms. We also got to see the start of a Christmas tree going up. A fantastic stay, would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is lovely and the children had a lot of fun in it. The rooms are a bit tired but perfectly functional and nice and big.

The hotel was very good and their service. However when we got to the hotel there was a problem with the booking because somehow they never got the booking but the hotel made new reservation for the hotel for us so it,was all good at,the end .

Due to power failure on that day. No hot water for a while and No swimming pool. However, the breakfast is great and staff's responses are good.

Stayed for three nights in a row, overall it's okay, it's still very good compared to London

It is recommended that you do not book this hotel. They even classify the size of the guest's room. The double room does not include slippers and drinking water, but the triple room includes drinking water, slippers and bathrobes. This difference in treatment is really very strange. , It makes me feel uncomfortable. You must know that this hotel has an indoor swimming pool. Some rooms do not include bathrobes, but some rooms do include left inners. Isn't this classifying and discriminating against guests? In addition, when checking out, the hotel didn't check the bill carefully, and the attitude was very perfunctory. After finding out that there was a problem with the bill, it emailed me through Trip.com and asked me to go back to the hotel to pay again, which is really ridiculous. All in all, the lack of experience and bad attitude of the front desk staff in the hotel has caused a lot of trouble for the guests.

Not many choices on the menus unfortunately 😕 . After 2 drinks at the bar they had ran out of both drinks we wanted. Cleaners came knocking at 1030 to see if we had vacated the room, check out is midday!
