All the staff were very kind. Although my English is not good, they spoke slowly and clearly, which made me feel comfortable. The pool was also clean, and I was able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. There was only one disappointing thing. This was not the hotel’s fault, but some people two rooms away were singing karaoke late into the night, which made it noisy when I tried to sleep. I called the front desk, but the problem was not resolved. However, overall it is a wonderful hotel!

We recently stayed at New World Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A lovely birthday surprise cake was waiting for my daughter, which truly made her day memorable. She felt so special! The service throughout our stay was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Every detail was taken care of with a smile. Omar, Jordan and others at the door always welcomes me with happiness as I’ve been staying there when ever I’m in Manila as for front desk seems only Jane (deputy duty manager) is the only one which remembers me and welcoming me with a lovely smiles. House keeping is good and always friendly. It’s nice to see Jane growing in the company.

Very classic hotel , nice lobby area crowded overall nice hotel only one thing the room its not like the photos its very old furniture and its not same the photo in the hotel picture but we liked the lobby area its very luxurious and nice about the location its bit far from greenbelt you have to walk 15 min to get there

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

Our stay was truly delightful! The place is cozy, comfortable, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the housekeeping team goes above and beyond—proactively checking if we needed fresh towels, room cleaning, or trash removal. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to malls and with easy access to transportation. The food was tasty and satisfying, adding to the overall great experience. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent l! No issues at all. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of options. The restaurant was excellent. Tons of restaurants nearby.

The hotel staffs are accommodating and friendly. On my first night, I was given a room upgrade due to insufficient room that I have personally booked. The room given to me was with electric massage chair and a huge bathroom. Then, on the other day, I was asked to transfer to the original room that I have booked. What a great opportunity. However, when I transferred, I found a fly in the room, which made me anxious and worried the entire day.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is convenient, as it's close to fast food restaurants and a convenience store. The housekeeping staff are friendly and always greet the guests. The view outside is great! However, the room lacks soundproofing you can hear people passing by in the hallway.

This hotel is in a great location as it is less than 30 mins from the airport, considering Makati traffic. The malls are close by and there are a lot of food options. The food at the hotel is great too, along with the 2 bars. Service is very good, as the staff is attentive and quick to respond to requests. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Only issue is the toilets inside the room can be a little bit ”scented”, but a closed toilet door addresses that.
