Amazing stay in the Philippines! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The reception team was always helpful, quick to answer my questions and ready to assist with anything I needed. One of the highlights was the security staff – very professional, attentive, and always making sure guests felt safe. They were not only protective but also super friendly and willing to help with directions or even small favors. The overall customer service was outstanding. Every interaction showed care and dedication, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy, the location convenient, and I felt comfortable at all times. I truly appreciated the effort of the whole team and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Philippines. I left with great memories and will surely stay here again on my next visit!

Overall is tidy. But the room is a bit dark. No daily cleaning service. Quiet neighbourhood and seems the security is good. A commercial gym in the same building (on your own cost) which is quite convenient. About 5-10 mins walk to the big shopping mall Greenbelt which has lots of variety of shops and restaurants.

Room was nice and well appointed, all services ex front desk were great. The front desk staff gave the second guest (my genuine fiancèe) a very hard time at check-in, when I (the guest pying for the stay) explicitly informed the hotel of the check-in sequence, and circumstances. I even received a response email, stating that the hotel approved my request. Still at check in, it all goes wromg.. Based on the experience, I will not return to this hotel. Guests paying premium prices expect to be treated with respect, not in a condesecending manner.

The breakfast is good..many choices.. the staff is friendly especially Mr jac (bellman) always give smile on hia face & very helpfull and also Ms Shy (FO) for the good explanation of our extended day use!tq very for both of u..

The room is clean and spacious. The location is convenient, as it's close to fast food restaurants and a convenience store. The housekeeping staff are friendly and always greet the guests. The view outside is great! However, the room lacks soundproofing you can hear people passing by in the hallway.

I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!

Our overall experience was positive, as The Alpha Suites consistently delivers excellent service and amenities. This is why I always choose The Alpha Suites for gatherings or a restful stay, ensuring a great experience each time. We appreciate the spaciousness and serene views of the place. The experience was so good, I came back to stay here again. Good location. A 5 minute walk brings you to KFC, McDonald's, a cafe and 7-Eleven. Managed to get to all my destinations pretty well. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted some chilli and they were kind enough to give m some chilli paste. It feels good to stay at a place where you feel valued.

Had a great stay at this place just like my experience at other Ascott hotels. I thought the room would have a regular sized fridge (as with the room I got in my previous stay) but it had a tiny one. Overall, still a good experience and great value for money. Free breakfast is a nice touch, too.

The hotel is in a good spot, in Makati and the room itself was ok, although there were a few small stains on the bed linen; the main issues were i) I had requested a single king-sized bed but the room was a twin; ii) there was no hot water, which meant cold showers; iii) no room makeup, which meant that my toilet paper was not replenished; iv) curtains did not close all the way, which let in light from the main road outside; v) absolutely dire breakfast options. That all said, staff were friendly and polite.
