Terrible. On going discussions with Jet 2. Staff very kind and friendly. Not enough of them. Hotel refurbished and only the pictures you see are good. In reality this is not true. I asked to speak to the manager who was not interested in what I had to ask her and I felt quite intimidated by her. Electric went off on a regular basis causing the fire doors to close and lifts to break down. Smell of damp and mosquitoes everywhere. No air conditioning in main areas. Water leaks all the time in main areas. Asked for salt as none available and given a bowl without a spoon for all guests to use which was dirty. Bed linen not changed. Overall very dissatisfied. Staff very friendly but manager awful. I did ask for a change of hotel 3 times before we went and did not get unless paid extra Porto Christo beautiful but this hotel very disappointing.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here as our first holiday together. I booked this when it was labelled as a 5 star hotel. We had a really nice time but we wouldn't come back here. All the staff are really lovely but theres not enough of them, especially behind the bar. The cocktails are made incorrectly and we were charged the wrong amount more than once. There is not much to do around here so we got the bus to Sa Coma or Cala Millor most days. You also have to spend €25 before you can use the ‘couple beds’ which is strange. Some days the pool was dirty snd had stones at the bottom which I stood on. We also didn’t know about the tourist tax where we paid €40 when we checked in, Jet2 should have advertised this! All in all we did have a really nice time. The hotel is really clean and everyone is so friendly. I thought I would write this review as there wasn't much helpful ones, and as a young couple I would like to advise others.

Unfortunately our experience at zero drach demar was awful . We went in may to the food not being labelled , no yoga, Pilates volleyball which was advertised . Don’t bother upgrading your room as all the rooms are the same they go by the height Of the hotel . No snack bar. No Massages . As for it being re vamped it wasn’t . Zero stars is exactly what it was. Don’t waste your money. The only good thing was the staff Elizabeth in particular was amazing . The mini bar is a fridge nothing in it . Ours beds were made every day but only changed once. Ignore review of being able to hear the waves it’s a load rubbish , all u can hear are cars motorbikes etc . I could go on and on .
