While we appreciate receiving your feedback, we are concerned to learn of your disappointment with your experience of staying with us and knowing that you left the hotel with a negative impression. It is true that the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seef district, close to the main City Malls, and surrounded by Cafes is really appreciated by our guests, however due to the cafes and food trucks without proper drive through facilities it is causing a lot of inconvenience to the hotel guests and we are truly not happy about it. We offer no excuse but an apology knowing that you were inconvenienced during your stay with us. We would like to inform you that the Hotel Management is working on it with the authority to solve the issue of traffic and noise disturbance around the hotel which is really out of our control. We consistently receive excellent feedback; however it is very important to us to thoroughly review all comments to further improve the product and services. Customer service remains to be our top priority and I truly appreciate your understanding on this occasion and would like to assure you that the incident is an isolated case and does not reflect the overall service attitude of our team members. We do our best to make sure all our guests leave the hotel happy with their stay, however it is with regret to learn that we did not leave up to your full satisfaction due to some aspect of the stay.
