check in is a v convenient and the staff r v nice and helpful, room is v comfortable

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

Easy check-in, great staff, clean room. Everything was just right. No issues at all. Had breakfast and one of our party had an allergy, it was dealt with kindly and professionally (breakfast cooked separately etc.). Overall, this is one the best Premier Inns i've stayed at.

Good location. Decor only ok, heavily taped up broken window in lift lobby 8th floor. Very poor service. Staff literally look like they have no clue what they’re doing. Cocktails left half made whilst they check someone in. Left standing at the bar for 10 minutes whilst others walk straight to the bar and are served because the staff have no idea who is waiting and who has just arrived. And the response to this being pointed out? They are barely literate. Come on man premier inn!

We had a great weekend celebrating a birthday in Manchester at the Piccadilly Premier Inn. The hotel was in a great location. Clean and well maintained hotel and welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to Lee who made us feel well looked after.

Stayed here for 2 nights, after arriving late by plane. Had to do Self Check In via a Kiosk, but was quite tired trying to work out what I was doing. Breakfast was pretty basic and ran out by 8.30, needed topping up. Toilet in the hotel room is directly next to the bathroom ledge, so easy to drop items in if you knock it accidentally
