這是一家別有特色的旅館，房間稍微有點細少，但員工友善服務優良。位置有點偏僻，與觀光點稍有路程，反正出入也是打車，所以問題不大。
但確實有些地方需要改進，首先旅館入口異常隱蔽，沒有標示很不好找，接着就是走廊光線太暗，走進房間漆黑一片，須要摸索才能找到插咭位置，最後就是床頭不設電源，手機手錶充電十分不便。

The staff is nice and the place is near the center near town, walking distance just 10mins. Staff is friendly and the thing I feel can improve is the sound proof. Can hear the early morning prayer clearly. 😉

Booked two Standard Queen No window, when i checking in, the staff ask whether want to upgrade to standard queen WITH window or not with extra RM60/room, if dont want to upgrade the two room will be separate in two floors. Then my boss say yes have to upgrade so easier for us to discuss work.
After we get in the room, we saw this little cockroach on the floor.
And the bigger problem is the so called window is blocking.
And because of this window, the noise from the opposite Bistro is annoying to disturbing my sleep.
The basin is clogged.

A very beautifully decorated hotel. Every floor is unique and has a different theme. The room is aesthetically designed and feels very cosy. The lobby is IG worthy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Tony Stark and Obito who have made our stay a memorable one. Highly recommended

My favourite hotel to stay in whenever I travel to Ipoh. The interior and everything is amazing. Love a good hotel atmosphere with good people there. Even my son enjoyed the stay. Will come again if I am traveling to Ipoh. Thank you so much for making the stay nice and cozy. The check in and checkout process was simple and quick.

Definitely will come again. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. BFF Restaurant provide us 10% discount as in-house guests every purchased! The food portion was huge and the taste was amazing too.
