The location of the hotel is very good. Just not enough of carpark but they have an alternative parking b which they provided free shuttle van. The beds are comfortable however the pillow is too soft. Perhaps, management could give 1 soft & 1 hard so guest can adjust themselves. Just a minor to comment was I stayed 3 days 2 nights, however, housekeeping never threw my rubbish in the dustbin on my 2nd day. I called 2 times but still no housekeeping came. This disappointed me but overall the rooms are good. Will stay here again if we come to Ipoh again.

I am so glad I chose this hotel. Upon arriving, the staff greeted me a warm welcome. Mathan who worked as a receptionist was so nice, and also all the doormen. I loved my room. They did everyday make up and replenished all toiletries. They provide water dispenser on every floor too. One more thing was that the hotel provides in house movies. My view was river and I loved it much. Hotel location is very accessible to Ipoh train station, airport and everywhere. The money I paid was worth it.

The receptionists and the security guards are very friendly. Shower drainage is not very good. Takes a while for water to go down. Location is about 10-15mins walk from the main food area. Must buy the yam kaya cake from Yohan bakery!

Nice and clean, close to Masjid. I just can walk to the masjid. Extra parking is available with shuttle service

The hotel is located at the central of town. It is easy to go everywhere . The staff is nice and friendly The hotel has been renovated. The room is renovated too . It is clean and neat. The wall has a nice picture . But the room is small. shampoo , toothpaste and toothpaste is provided . There is no facilities in this hotel.It is good for a short stay.

Check in ws at Level 12. Staff was friendly.
Nice view of Ipoh town with mountains at the back. Will have better view if you stay on a higher floor.
A jug was provided for filling water from a water dispencer located on the same floor where you can take hot and cold water as bottled water was not provided.

This hotel is close and walking distance to Ipoh train station. It is situated next to Padang Ipoh. My room has a great view of the Padang. Hotel room is clean and comfortable

Convenient location. Walking distance to concubine lane. Lack of parking space but provided another parking facilities at other building with shuttle bus service. Only 2 elevators so need to wait for awhile. Room ac temperature unable to adjust even turned to the lowest. Water pressure from the shower is strong.
