Ideal Prime Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

We are still here until the 13th, everything is wonderful from the food, drinks, the location of the hotel to the marina, the staff is very kind, always there to help with everything you need, we feel very good, we will definitely come back here again The new name is Prime Beach and the changed logo and not only that, improvements in services. I highly recommend Prime Beach!!!

4.5/5 only real let down bathrooms need revamp , otherwise service great ,food always something for everyone’s taste..waiter and bar staff cannot do enough for you very attentive and nothing to big a problem for them, pools always beds available or at beach, first time visit will definitely be back!

Arrived yesterday and Phillip on reception upgraded us to a beach front room for our joint 50th birthdays this week! This is our third stay here and live the improvements. Phillip is a star and the staff have all been so lovely! I couldn’t think of anywhere better to celebrate a hundred years between us xxx

Staff were helpful, view was sick, food was perfect. Everything we needed in one place and not that far to walk into Marmaris. Loads of space to sit, loads of sunbeds and beach was class. All round it was a relaxing place good for all ages, no complaints at all.

Excellent hotel had the best location next to beach the sand wasn't the best but the water was clean had the best spa had a few trea**ents Excellent service great staff thanks SPEEDY the spa manager was brilliant the entertainment was great and the swimming pools were exceptional they had so many places for quick snacks and drinks through the day

Just had an amazing week in Turkey with my family. Hotel was fantastic, clean, great location, buses collect frequently to take you into Marmaris. Would also like to add for anyone that is planning a trip soon to visit Sami at Big Boss London eye travel (over the road from the hotel) was very helpful and we ended up booking all our trips through him, and they didn't fail to please the whole family. Can't recommend him enough and amazing prices too.

We visited this year after staying previously when it was under the previous management. Greeting on reception was lovely and getting our bags brought in etc nice as well, staff seemed to be well spoken in English too compared to previous years. The room however wasn't very five star, block one main building over looking pool and a bit of the sea ( had paid for seaview) the room was tiny and electric sockets hanging off the wall, a light fixture buzzing constantly despite being switched off. The walls paper thin could hear everything and there was so much arguing and fighting going on it was madness! Asked to move and admittedly they did which was very good of them to a side sea view which was by far superior, walls still thin and heard next door moan about the shower going hot and cold ! Kind of like Katy Perry ? The food was an odd one, better than last year but chicken oh my god they cannot cook chicken ! It was pink inside or rubbery, one day out of 7 it was perfect but it was hit or miss for sure. The usual chaos for lunch and dinner mostly from the British sorry but true. Feeding time at the zoo was real! Never got a space around the pool but the indoor and beach was more adequate, the beach much better and it's what made our holiday. Beysa on reception ( both of them as is two! ) was brilliant, thank you for our evening chats it was lovely. We will try visit again when we can as the staff made it what it is, but they need to make changes for next season to be a real five star.

Stayed for a week in May. The hotel.is spotlessly clean. We were fortunate and got a very large room with good views. Room cleaned daily to a high standard. Location is fantastic. Unfortunately not all services up to standard. Restaurant can best be described as chaotic. Struggled getting staff to set a table with cutlery particularly in the evenings. Table service for drinks but we never managed to get one. Instead we got water from the machine. Simply not enough staff. Plenty of choice of food but always like warm. Not hot enough to maintain a decent level of hygiene. The method was keeping it warm is simply inadequate - food containers sat in hot water. Already seen reviews that me tion a problem with toilet rolls in the the main toilets. Thus was a big issue and despite reporting it to staff, they were still not replaced. I did raise the above issues whilst at the hotel but we ended up going to eat as couldn't face the main restaurant. On the plus side the snack bar was very good. Would I go there again? No, the negatives outweigh the positives.

Stayed at Prime Beach 22nd April 2024 for 10 days as a couple. This is our second visit and it won't be our last! A few changes have been made since our last stay, the beach has been 'updated' very comfortable sunbeds and cabannas for shade. Lovely seating area facing the beach with fantastic views. The Patisserie now serves as a bar as well as coffee/tea and cakes. Good choice of food in restaurant, maybe an omlette station would be good too? All staff friendly and willing to help with anything. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Hotel is spotless, staff constantly cleaning throught the day, even the beach. I cannot fault this Hotel and will certainly be returning.
