👍This accommodation is really great! The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making people feel as comfortable as at home. And the location is also very convenient, with convenient transportation, and there are many delicious shops and attractions around. I highly recommend it to everyone. Looking forward to coming again

It is worthy of being the best hotel in Marrakech. The stay is very comfortable. The hotel rooms are large and the facilities are complete. The hotel's several restaurants are also good. If there is a chance, I will recommend it to friends who are visiting.

Royal Mansour Marrakech
Royal Mansour Marrakech 🕌
One of the reasons for coming to Morocco is because I want to stay in the Nijian Hotel. The owner of the hotel is the former King of Morocco, Mohammed VI (Morocco's King Mohammed VI). It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people,
There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1.
Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂
Personal check-in experience:
Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs.
And such a noble hotel calls reception, the person can’t speak English (most of them can speak French, because this was a French colony before), it’s very simple to ask what time the swimming pool is charged, but they can’t answer, and they think you’re not Speaking French is very low😂, and the more senior staff feel more proud,
I tried Qu Asian Sai Cuisine restaurant during my stay, and the taste is pretty good😋
In addition, it is really good to check in here, especially if it is a Spa🥰. In fact, there is another indoor swimming pool that I really want to take a picture of, but it happens that it is under maintenance... a few more months)

❣️Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is low. Unless you really want to go to the photo studio, you can stay for one night. Otherwise, the most beautiful place is the hotel lobby, so you can go to the photo studio as long as you book a meal.

High-end Moroccan Riad design. The overall service is very warm and sincere. The hotel interior is exactly as advertised. You can rush in with your eyes closed. It is safe. Security checks are required for entry and exit. There will be many locals coming in on weekends and it will be a bit noisy.

If you are in Marrakech, you must stay in this hotel. Although it is a replica of the royal style, it is beautiful and luxurious. The first floor is the courtyard, living room and dining room. There is a small kitchen, but you cannot cook without a stove. There are two suites and a living room on the second floor, a rooftop and swimming pool on the third floor, where you can sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night.

I find it hard to believe there are better hotels on the African continent. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Concierge services are elite and the staff is dutiful. The location is also close to everything. The spa has a zen feel to it and the gym has everything one would need. Everything was superb - thank you for making the stay with my family so wonderful.

The Royal Mansour feels like an oasis in Marrakeshes traffic rush! The garden is very beautiful and the spa relaxing. The beautiful pool is serene and at the nearby restaurant you can enjoy dinner lunch or a bite outside. The staff is very friendly. Easy to reach and near other nice restaurants and bars.

This property exceeded our expectations; which seems impossible due to the incredible reputation that surrounds this hotel. Every detail is taken into consideration. The only detail that exceeds the grand beauty of the hotel is the staff. Genuine and authentic service is a lost art that is in full supply at the Royal Mansour. Dining is a must!

Visited for afternoon tea, wow what a great experience! The setting is stunning - truly oppulant surroundings! Staff service was top level and the afternoon tea was out of this world - you’d struggle to find better anywhere and the price was a mere fraction of what you would happily pay back home. A truly magnificent experience, thank you!

One of the best hotels we had ever stayed in. We had stayed for two nights in the two bedroom Riad, we can hardly find anything to complain about. Solid service, beautiful gardens and overall architecture, nice rooms and facilities. Luxury at its best. If you flying in with airline, make sure to use the fast track arranged by the hotel. The lines at customs are scary long, while the fast track process also may take some time, it is definitely significantly shorter.

We visited one afternoon for a cocktail. The garden area around the bar was beautiful, shaded and quiet. The cocktail was beautiful and the staff very welcoming. We had a frozen margarita which was excellent especially in the warm weather.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The first two days, the hotel was half-empty, so the speed in resolving any request or serving our table was perfect. Then, when the hotel was fully booked, the weak points that still need to be polished became apparent: The turndown service did not show up until we called them late at night and only after waiting for more than half an hour. Breakfast at the dining room was slow, with coffees not coming until half an hour after being seated. The orange juice seemed diluted, presumably because they were about to run out of stock. There was a lack of variety in pastries, and the promise of a chef's different creation every day turned out to be the same great pain au chocolat, but nothing else. The quality of pizza at the Italian restaurant was poor, and the risotto with orange ice-cream was a bizarre nonsense. At the French restaurant, it wasn't much better, with the mille-feuille dessert not looking like a mille-feuille but more like breadsticks, and a burger that, without informing us, was made with ground goat meat instead of minced beef. In summary, the dining experience was far from what one may expect from a renowned chef in charge like the one at Royal Mansour. They have everything to become a great, if not the best hotel in the world, but they lack training, proper exposure to demanding clients, and tested procedures to respond to the needs of a fully booked hotel.

They charge the credit card six months in advance and then cancel the booking two months beforehand because they can allocate the rooms better. Hands off this hotel. Fraudsters! Never pay in advance or give your credit card details to this hotel!

We booked a pool day, with private pavilion, at the Royal Mansour. The service was substandard, food average, overall experience overpriced. I have stayed at several leading hotels of the world, the service is always exceptional, attention to detail exemplary. This is not. We had to ask to change pavilion due to people being allowed to almost share with us. Repeated asks for service when there were only about 15 people round the pool. We were offered desert about 2 hours after our meal. The basic things were lacking. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend. This is not a leading hotel of the world, I’m very sad it’s advertised as such. I genuinely wouldn’t bother visiting.
