The place is excellent and service is fast when we have an issue. When I entered the unit, we saw the dust on the floor of 2nd bedroom and the floor of the house was soooooo sticky.

The location is very convenient and the pool is great. However, the apartment’s interior design could be improved, and the bed size felt a bit small. Overall, decent stay if location and amenities are your priority.

In this unit we stayed really unhappy. 1) Opened the entrance door and found a strong bad smell. The living room sofa was having stains. As to cover those stains, they used two layer of cloths 😞 as well smelly too... 2). Only provided one bath towel that looks very old and yellowish. Again we found this bath towel was smelly and with stains too. 3). The bed comforter should replace the new one. Stain and yellowish. Summary: We do hope "Maplehome 🍁" will continue to improve their service apartment by having Supervisor to double check all apartments cleanliness before each guest check-In.

Disappointing Stay at The Robertsan Kuala Lumpur – Not Family Friendly I stayed at The Robertsan Kuala Lumpur for 3 days and 2 nights over the weekend, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my stay: 🔴 External Environment & Safety Concerns • The corridor outside the room had a strong garbage smell, which was very unpleasant. • The car park at Level 3A was dusty and not well-maintained. • A window near the lift was easily accessible to children, posing a serious safety hazard. 🔴 Room Experience • Only one access card was provided, making it very difficult for guests to go out separately. • The main door had no internal lock, meaning kids could open the door and walk out without our knowledge. • The fan in the main hall was not working, and remotes for the TV and air-cond were not user-friendly. • The TV had no internet connection, so Netflix or online entertainment was not an option, which made indoor time quite boring. • The washing machine area had a very strong odor, making it unpleasant to use. • The water tap was loose, and using it was uncomfortable. • The kitchen had a bad smell, making it unpleasant to prepare or eat meals. • The room phone was not working at all. • Despite paying around RM700, there were no complimentary 3-in-1 drinks or bottled water, which was disappointing. 🔴 Balcony & Room Safety • The balcony door couldn’t be locked, another safety risk, especially with children. • The air-cond compressor area were also accessible to kids, adding to the list of safety concerns. • There was no proper table or well-placed mirror for getting ready—just a medium-sized mirror in an awkward location. • The unit had only one bathroom, which was not ideal for a family stay. 🔴 Cleanliness • The bathroom was not clean—tiles were stained, and there was visible dirt around and beneath the toilet bowl. • The water outlet (aerator) at the bathroom tap had very weak pressure, making it hard to wash our face or brush our teeth properly. • The shower hand attachment and the toilet water tap were leaking, which made using them uncomfortable and inefficient. ⚠️ Overall Impression This was honestly my first and worst experience staying in a hotel. As a family with young children, we did not feel safe, comfortable, or satisfied. Given its prime location in KL, I expected much better standards in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and basic amenities. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience moving forward.

The accommodation is comfortable and conveniently located near shopping and dining areas, with plenty of bars and cafes.

One of the best staycations I’ve had in KL! The place is right in the city centre—just across the road is the famous Jalan Alor, packed with local street food. My room was peaceful since it didn’t face the main road, and it offered a stunning view of Merdeka 118, the world’s second tallest building, right from the living room. The room is completed with amenities. Plus, if you enjoy local art and creative spaces, GMBB Mall is just next door, which is a bonus for you.

The hotel very bad.i have booking from Trip.com.when i arrived the hotel said it full and ask me to find the other hotel by self.and i disappointed.the front desk irresponsible.and i ask for refund, they said ask for HQ.completely unprofessional.and my payment is burn to them.when i called the HQ they not answering. and the hotel is also not responsible for refunding my money.

Very convenient to city centre.at Bukit Bintang nearby Pavillion,lalaport,berjaya times square.Have A very nice view at here which is the second highest building in the world.free car park .

didn’t receive any check in information from the property owner until 6pm (i had to text him on whatsapp for me to get the check in info) other than that room is clean and nicely situated in downtown kl

3 room 1 bathroom. 3room not the true room. Is comparten. living room n 2 room use share 1 air cond.

We stay here for 3nights. We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Make us feel like home. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and others attractions. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The place is acceptable clean and tidy. Probably during the evening time, you might see a few small roaches in the bathroom and kitchen wandering around. Otherwise, it is still acceptable for me.
