The hotel is very beautiful and clean. It has a traditional Moroccan style. Especially sitting on the top floor drinking mint tea and watching the sunset and the scenery of the entire old Moroccan city is really beautiful. The service is also super. The arrangements are very thoughtful and you can feel the Moroccan tradition. The courtyard is in the old city, so it’s hard to find. You need to contact the hotel to arrange pick-up and drop-off. They are very enthusiastic and make pick-up and drop-off arrangements. It’s worth experiencing.

Being a slightly apprehensive person regarding general security as per uk gov guidelines, I can honestly say the arrangements that the hotel provided are fantastic. On pick up from the airport to arrival at the hotel, they provide a smart phone with direct WhatsApp link to to hotel reception which is a great security measure. The hotel will arrange their recommend Taxie’s to and from restaurants and the service is impeccable. The level of service and professionalism from the hotel staff is amazing. We would definitely visit again.

What an amazing gem in the middle of the Medina. We had a wonderful 3 night stay & could easily have stayed longer. A calm oasis in the middle of a bustling maze of streets. Staff could not do enough for you & the service was exceptional. Every request was catered for. Food was superb & rooms clean & spacious. A real treat.

From the moment we arrived at this stunning Riad in Marrakesh, we were blown away by the level of care. Welcomed with fresh juice, fruit and dates. The attention to detail, and genuine warmth from every member of the team. This was, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received at any hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and gave helpful tips and advice throughout. The food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful morrocan evening meal in the downstairs restaurant and I especially loved the incredible breakfast spread on the rooftop which quickly became one of my favourite parts of the day. The food was freshly prepared, full of flavour, generous portions and beautifully presented. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches: we were provided with a mobile device loaded with data, which was so helpful for navigating the city using Google maps, along with contact numbers should we need to contact the hotel at any moment. They also arranged our excursions with ease, and we were always accompanied to the taxi, where a staff member would check the number plate to ensure everything was safe and correct. As well as extra touches like fresh snacks and fruit in the room each day and turn down service with slippers. Riad Kheirredine is not only beautiful and tranquil, but it is also run with heart and professionalism. I can’t fault it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

What an amazing stay with wonderful hospitality! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with full amenities! Daily included laundry was such a treat! Full delicious breakfasts were a fabulous way to get started everyday, and the full Moroccan dinner we had on the rooftop was delicious in the relaxing and scenic venue! Can’t say enough about all the staff, from Elena in the office, Hassan who walked us to our local destinations, the wait staff who gave us the most fun and accommodating recommendations, thank you all so much for giving us an experience we will never forget. Thank you for making all the transportation and tour arrangements for us, and for making us feel safe and secure our whole week we were there. You all truly pampered us! We hope to back one day soon.

A lovely Riad with exceptional staff. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and the spa hamman was excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and cared for. Especially nice is that they provide you a phone to use as a hot spot and to call back to the Riad is you get lost. They quickly send someone to help. The food was also excellent and we enjoyed all of our meals there. You can’t go wrong booking this place for a Marrakech visit!

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine exceeded all our expectations. The team is amazing, you really feel like in a family. The services here are truly 5* (they provide every guest with a phone for internet hotspot and a better comunication with the concierge), you really feel good taken care of in every detail. The building is amazing, the cleaning in every corner of the riad is top, the breakfast is delicious, the rooftop is a great spot for sunset. We really can't remember one thing that bothered us. If you don't know what riad to choose in Marrakech, please search no more and choose Kheirredine ❤️
