Everything is good, nothing to say. The staff is impeccable, outstanding customer service. I am very surprised by the quality of management and customer service. The sisters and brothers who are at the reception are very attentive, respectful, always smiling and ready to answer your complaints. Just a little message in their Whaspp group and in a few seconds you will have what you want. Free coffee, Swiss chocolate, breakfast, in short ... nothing to say. Thank you to everyone. I will return in sha Allah.

Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty.

Attentive service, rich breakfast buffet, small swimming pool on the roof, large swimming pool in the restaurant downstairs for children to play, restaurant signature dishes, large lobsters over 5 pounds, very good, next time try to eat two signature dishes, fish!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and the overall facilities are very good, except for the shower door, which is not very waterproof and leaks outside after taking a shower.
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: Located in the new city area, there are many restaurants around and it is also convenient to go to the mall. It is a 15-minute drive from the old city and a 10-minute drive from the Majorelle Gardens
Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, free parking is provided, and the security is also very responsible.

Очень хорошие апартаменты! Отличное расположение: в лучшем районе Марракеша, откуда легко дойти до всего, что может понадобиться путешественнику. В шаговой доступности множество кафе, обмен валют, магазин Carrefour, недалеко до медины и сада Мажорель. Наличие парковки - это просто +100: никаких проблем где оставить автомобиль. В самих апартаментах просторная светлая гостиная/кухня и спальня с удобной кроватью. Санузел превосходный: все исправно работает и очень удобно.
Хаким очень любезный и приятный человек!
Если еще будем в Марракеше, обязательно остановимся здесь же!

SSarahThe staff were very attentive. The roof terrace was lovely, as were the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was convenient and massive with a few options. We would recommend staying at this hotel and it was nice staying in the new town away from the Medina.

ZZaleeOn checkin day, the 1st room given, power point was damaged. Then i was given a 2nd room, on basement level. The room was very cold and no hot running water. I requested for a change and a 3th room was given on 2nd day on 2nd floor and it was ok. The chambermaid Ms Zaheera did a good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the room. I love the bathroom and good hot running water. The front desk generally everyone were helpful and responsive. Except for the lady who does the morning shift. She was a little unhelpful.

YYIJUNGood value for money, cheap, clean rooms, but here should be no quilt except for star hotels, covered with blankets, a bit unsuitable. But the characteristics of this place are like this. Service is very good, very patient. Hygiene is also very clean. Room size is also available. Not far from the mall.

GGuest UserGreat location for budget travellers: not far from the train station (walkable distance), safe and lively neighborhood without the Medina chaos, bus stop for several lines to the Medina (4 DH one ride), large Carrefour supermarket nearby, several tour agencies with cheaper than Internet prices. The room is spacious and simple, clean bathroom and bed. Just accept that the hotel is old, and you will be alright
