You get what you pay for the rooms could be cleaned better but I always clean my room before I put my things in there other then that it's a decent place

*Full Disclosure* we never made it there, but we couldn't write a review without checking those off. However something weird was going on. We submitted for a cancellation the day off as we were stuck in Canada. We sent in an appeal to cancel in hopes to get some money back. Trip.com called us and said the hotel won't consider it as we apparently already "checked in" which was physically impossible. I called them myself and told them I'm not there and noone else knows about the reservation, so it's impossible. The lady said there's nothing she can do, and that I'd have to call back the next day and speak to the manager. The only other people who had my booking information, and knew we were requesting to cancel and would not be there, was the hotel. Whoever checked in would have needed that information. As well they would have been unable to provide identification unless they coincidentally had the same name as me. You'd think if you told a hotel someone potentially checked in with false ID they'd be concerned, and not say "call back after they've already stayed a night". Draw your own concusions from what kind of establishment this is.

Good value for the money spent

There was hair on the towels that were hung up in the bathroom. Sink wouldn't drain and was clogged with hair, had trouble flashing the toilet. Overall, the room was not very clean or well maintained.

The room was dirty- toilet dirty- the carpet on the entire floor was SOAKED - come to find out there was no shower curtain- and the entire bathroom floor was soaked- leading to the possible reason the entire floor (carpet) was soaked... obviously if they cleaned it they would have known there was no shower curtain at all... toilet had hair and piss all over it... stayed there many times- its a true "roach hotel"- its cheap- but you might be taking a shower in the open... LOL

Previous guest room keys still on the counter so obviously not cleaned. Fore alarm hanging, disconnected wires

The rooms where dirty, bugs crawling on the floor, stains on sheets, worst mattresses you ever slept on. Noises as heck outside, loud cars running all night, people yelling and arguing. Not a safe environment. We was very disatisfied. If it wasnt already booked through you, would of gotten money back and went somewhere else.
