Spacious room. Has a public bath and is able to monitor the crowd on the room's tv. Provides free coffee in the morning.

The room is too small and inconvenient

Very satisfied. The location is very good. It is a 5-minute walk from the station. There are free drinks, coffee and late night snacks. The bathhouse is also quite comfortable and the service attitude is very good.

The welcome drink, ochazuke, and morning coffee were really appreciated. The facilities were nice enough, but it was inconvenient that there was no clock in the bathroom (by the bathtub).

Close to Matsumoto Station and the bus terminal, it is recommended as a base for travel. The hotel was new and clean. Tourist information is available in front of the front desk, which is useful for planning trips. There is also a large public bath, but it was not so big and it was crowded all the time, so it was necessary to adjust the time zone.

It's a pity that the facilities are clean because the toilet is dirty, the TV is covered with fingerprints, and the large public bath is not cleaned frequently.

Free ochazuke was good

It is very clean because it is new and near the station. The service of drinks and ochazuke was very good, and it was nice to have a large public bath.

It was a pretty good location. More importantly the hotel was pretty new and everything was great. Public bath was nice.

Great location 5 mins away from the train station. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We booked one with a kitchenette but be warned there is no cooking or eating equipment. The washing machine doesn’t dry but the hotel has dryers you can use for a small fee. For the price this was a great room and we would happily book again.

Counter service - can be more welcoming. Rooms - good size and clean. Sachets of creams/ lotions can be obtained at reception. Breakfast buffet - fantastic. Good spread of food options. Location - very convenient - short walk ( under 10mins’ walk) from Matsumoto station and bus terminal (where you can take buses to nearby cities Takayama /Kamikochi/Hirayu Onsen etc)

The average Japanese hotel which is clean and convinent

This was my first time in Matsumoto. They hotel was nice and conveniently located. The breakfast space was small so wait times were long. However, free daily coffee, rice, and drinks were a pleasant extra service and appreciated. The public bath was as well. I will look forward to staying there again next year.
