It was clean, friendly, and conveniently located close to the station. The restaurant on the 15th floor had a panoramic view of Matsuzaka, and the breakfast was well prepared.

The hotel is very close to the JR train station, but it is at the north exit, not the bustling south exit. The room is relatively large, there is a hot spring and breakfast, the service attitude is very good, and the price/performance ratio is good.

Anything is fine, but the food is a little small. If it's a set, I'd like it to have a choice of bread or rice, that would be good.

This price is satisfactory as it includes a large public bath, sauna, and breakfast. I think the rooms are larger than regular business hotels. I would like to see an improvement in the cold toilet seat...
My wife and I stayed here for one night during a three-day, two-night trip to the Matsusaka VISION Tsu area. The reason we chose this hotel is because, as other reviewers have said, the rooms are spacious enough for a single room (18m2 in Room A and 24m2 in Room B), and it's just a few minutes' walk from Matsusaka Station. We stayed in two rooms in Room B, and had a comfortable stay. The large public bath on the first basement floor uses the water from the Sakakibara Onsen hot spring. I didn't use it myself, but my wife did, and said the water felt good on her skin. Breakfast (free) is served on the top floor, the 15th floor; it's a one-plate style, and the menu isn't very diverse, but it's enough for free. While the bathroom amenities are made by Pola, the mixer tap is a handle rather than a single lever mixer tap, and the shower head is also the old type, which I found a little inconvenient. In addition to this single room, there are also double rooms (24m2), twin rooms (24m2), and suites (34m2), and although the interior is simple, they are perfect for those who want to stay in a spacious living space.
