The food and service were great. The crew in the hotel were very friendly, acted with speed, and all our requests were accommodated. The room was very nice and clean.

The hotel was good, the breakfast buffet was good but our room wasn’t sound Proof. We could hear the noise yelling from downstairs at night. We couldn’t sleep.

The location is far from the city, the room was not tidied up, the socket in the bathroom was broken, and the guest was still looking for it!

We had a great time staying at Grand Sierra Pines Baguio. We availed the family room and we are impressed at how spacious it was that can accommodate a family of 5 comfortably. The staffs were very hospitable and attentive to your needs. Foods in The Atrium were also worth every penny! I loved their breakfast buffet! So many selections! Overall it was a fun and worthy experience with GSP Baguio!

to be honest, this Grand Sierra Pines has a breathtaking view and a accommodating staff. Their General Manager did a great job to be flexible in different staff that she handle. But all of that reviews that i said may isang sumablay which is food, sa breakfast you have the access to choice kung anong want mong kainin. And it is good na very accomodating sila sa lahat, kung anong gusto ng guest ayun ang makukuha nya pero nung lunch at dinner talagang nagutom kami kasi bilang lang yung maari naming makuhang pagkain at wala kaming ibang pwedeng pagpilian na pagkain. All in all sobrang ganda ng stay namin sa Grand Sierra Pines and i hope someday if we have a free time makavisit ulit kami dito and maexperience ulit ang saya na naranasan namin while we are here. LOVE GRAND SIERRA PINES!!!!.

The staff and crews are sensitive to the needs of guests, but, honestly, the serving of food is not enough for me to be full. I like how they teach us not just the basic knowledge but also their personal technics on how they do their duties. Thank you!

We had our wedding here in Grand Sierra Pines Hotel last January 18, everything we've planned were executed perfectly. They've assisted us beyond our expectations. They've flexibly assisted us even though it's sometimes out of the agreed plan. They've never failed us on our expectations. Almost all our guests stayed here and they are all satisfied with the overall services, rooms and sumptuous buffet breakfast! Will surely comeback here soon! We totally recommend this place for any occassions, you'll never regret it! Again, thank you GSP team for making our stay and wedding memorable :)
