#負評#對房間佈局，酒店氣味，走廊隔音，位置失望；以前曾住过红顶旅店，因为感觉不错，所以这次预订了俄亥俄州托莱多市红顶旅店，这次入住后感觉极差，旅店非常陈旧落后，房间异味难闻，投宿者多为贫穷者，究其原因，托莱多靠近底特律市，以前汽车工业发达，曾有过辉煌，但随此地汽车工业衰落，整个城市衰落陈旧，附近的伊利湖旅游未能好好开发。

Filthy, BUGS in sheets. Dirty sheets. Dirty blanket. Bloody snot on it grime everywhere someone banging on door at 3:00 am furnace quit working. Constant internet dropping off.

People behind the desk were friendly. Room wasn't cleaned besides the sheets being changed and the towels being fresh. There was a french fry on the ground. The toilet wasn't cleaned either. Good water pressure from the shower. Water was hot. The sink was the opposite, hardly any pressure.

Room and lobby was clean and smelled clean.
Hallways and all areas on the property seemed to be clean and tidy.
The only issue was receptionist was busy training someone informally, assuming the manager came in after lunch and was surprised he had a new employee.
Was very awkward and basically asked "do we need new people ughhhhhhh"
Great way to start a new job...
Also took them awhile to find a "clean" room due to lack of staff but I waited at least 10 mins before someone said anything to me about what is happening once I finally asked "should I come back?"
but that didnt change my stay overall, I would come back again.

They bother us a lot in less that 5 hours,they working didn’t know that we was get the room,that supposed will be cleaned day before and the heater don’t work was the room cool this is the reason we check out before of time just been there 8 hours

It was a reasonable price at short notice. It was a comfortable. The access to the hotel was hard to find. Better signs might help. An empty building blocking the view been demolished and removed.

While my stay was short it was pleasant, however I did have to deal with a rude staff member after being exhausted from a long trip. But besides that, I had a nice stay.
