* We made a reservation for 1 night [arrival Aug 10] for a superior suite. * However on our way to your hotel we got notified from home that there was a personal emergency which forced us to drive home immediately without our planned overnight in Austria. * We called immediately your hotel to cancel our reservation. * Reception confirmed that there would be a cancellation fee of 120 Euro due to late cancellation. However upon verification of your payments we noticed that the full amount was charged i.e. 246.60 Euro. NO REACTION ON ANY MAIL FROM THE HOTEL !

Das Hotel besticht durch ein ausgezeichnetes Service mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Genusspension (Rauchkuchl) ist im Buffetbereich eine gelungene Überraschung, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Der Barkeeper ist ein Meister seines Faches jeder Cocktail ein Kunstwerk.

Sehr schönes Romantikhotel im Ländlichen Stil. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Man fühlt sich hier richtig gut aufgehoben, sehr familiär! Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit einer Auswahl bei der für jeden was dabei ist. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Die große Auswahl an frisch gebackenem Brot und Brötchen hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das Romantik-Dinner in sehr Stimmungsvollen Ambiente war der Hammer, sowohl was den Service als auch das Essen angeht. Einfach großartig und hätte unserer Meinung nach nicht besser sein können. Das war definitiv Sterneküche!! Danke dafür ❣️ Das Zimmer war super sauber, hatte eine schöne Größe, einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht und die Betten waren sehr gut. Tolle kuschelige Daunendecken 🤗 Das Rauchkuchl-Buffet am Abend ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Viel Auswahl auch an Vor- und Nachspeisen 😋 Das kleine Mittagsbuffet mit Suppe, etwas Salat und Kuchen, war auch sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad war auch sehr sauber und angenehm. Handtücher liegen hier immer genügend bereit. Hier finden wir auch toll, dass Wasser und Tee, sowie Äpfel kostenlos zu Verfügung stehen. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden auch definitiv wiederkommen 🥰

Ein sehr tolles Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wunderschöne Zimmer, sehr sauber. Ein neues Hallenbad mit erholsamen Ruheraum.Ein Hotel wo alles stimmt. Bis ins kleinste Detail traditionell mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr sehr sauber. Ein Frühstückbuffett, wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Mit Koch der alles frisch zubereitet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir verbrachten eine „Genusswoche“ in einem sehr gut eingerichteten Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Essen (gebucht Buffet) war von guter Qualität, preiswert und sie Auswahl (Frühstück, Abendessen) war sehr gross. Speziell hat uns das „Romantik Diner“ mit Weinbegleitung im Privat-Weinkeller gefallen! Die Bedienung war freundlich. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht da mit unseren beiden Teenagern und Hund. Aufgrund verspäteter Anreise durch Stau konnten wir leider nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels testen. Wir waren abends noch essen. Es war super lecker. Die Bedienung unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück am frühen Morgen war sehr lecker. Es gab alles was man sich wünschen kann - Obst, Müsli, Brötchen, alle Varianten vom Ei, sogar auf Wunsch frisches Omelette. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und den super Platz fürs Frühstück heute morgen!

Zeer mooi authentiek hotel. Erg gastvrij en mooie superschone kamers! Prachtig gelegen midden in dorp. Parkeren gratis heerlijke spa. op doorreis naar Istiie. Voor gezin van 5 ietwat prijzig maar ons elke cent waard!

Wir waren zwar nicht persönlich vor Ort, sondern haben eine Geburtstagsüberraschung für unsere Freundin die dort in Urlaub war, geplant. Doch diese Organisation, die Freundlichkeit und die Liebe zum Detail ist uns definitiv eine 5 Sterne + Bewertung wert!! Unsere Wünsche wurden alle umgesetzt und so war die Überraschung vor Ort absolut gelungen! 1000 Dank an das Wastlwirt Team vor allem an Heidi Grübl von der Rezeption! Wir Mädels kommen euch ganz bestimmt besuchen 🙋♀️🥰
