房間可以，前台服務員態度不好愛達不理的，我就納悶了梅鶴藝術酒店名字起的這麼大氣，怎麼安排這樣的前台呢，都對不去藝術酒店這個名字，更可氣的是去吃早餐什麼都沒有，早餐規定6：30—8點我7點去的，粥和雞蛋都沒有，菜品也寥寥無幾啊！一問服務員，服務員説讓團隊吃沒了，我問團隊吃沒了還有嗎，服務員説沒有了，不可能在給您做了，你們酒店每天住宿多少間房你不知道嗎，就這種態度，唉我也沒説什麼，畢竟就一頓早餐我也沒有在意就回房間收東西出發，我們三間房，我先下去退房，把房卡給前台服務員我和她説先差一下房吧，服務員正在玩手機呢，抬頭看我一眼又低下頭繼續玩手機，邊玩邊説等你們那兩間房卡拿來一起查房，態度惡劣語氣很不好，我在想我打擾她玩遊戲了，尋思就算了別個一個女服務員掙理了，住這麼多次酒店這個酒店服務和早餐確實是太查了，真不知道這個酒店經理和老闆是怎麼想的，這樣下去酒店早晚倒閉，去過的都很寒心，這是我親身經歷，希望能幫助到大家。也希望酒店經理老闆好管理或者培訓一下，前台是很主要的崗位也是你們酒店的臉面啊…

房間尤其是衞生間浴室十分寬敞！設施齊備，被褥及毛巾備品十分乾淨！早餐廳的大哥十分熱心，服務非常熱情！下次來梅河還會住在這裏！點贊

酒店位置在車站旁邊 走廊有點暗 房間裡邊衞生還可以 保潔員的服務態度不是特別好 前台服務態度還可以 總體來説體驗不是很好

小朋友過年期間來找玩兒，回去的行程火車，這個酒店位置絕佳距離火車站進站口衹要幾十米特別方便，正對着維港城裡邊有大型超市和很多餐館，特別不錯！

入住當天交了按金，第二天退房時前台説沒有按金記錄不能退，我們拿着微信付款憑證給她看，結果前台的意思是他們沒有登記就是沒有，試問我們銀行收款記錄是擺設嗎？我們一再跟她確認，她一副我們想佔便宜的不屑表情，最後在我們的再三堅持下前台查看了POS機收款記錄，最終把錢退給我們，全程連一句表示歉意的話都沒有，酒店人員工作疏忽弄的好像我們的過錯一樣，全程甩臉子。
