I went on a long bike ride along the river to Huanglongxi. I decided to stay the night before my return and found this little gem of a hotel. The location within the ancient town was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the amenities were adequate. They found a place for me to store my bike inside because I had forgotten to bring my lock. I was happy with my stay and enough the stay.

After reading the previous reviews, I still felt uneasy. There are still a few surprises when we arrive at the hotel. First, the overall environment of the hotel is well created, antique and charming. Second, the hygiene of the room is quite good. Third, the room is relatively large and the mattress and pillows are relatively comfortable. Fourth, parking is convenient. Parking is inside the hotel and is safe and guaranteed. Fifth, the entrance of the hotel restaurant is facing the old street, making it convenient for shopping. There are two shortcomings. First, there is no exhaust fan installed in the bathroom and the smell is strong. I hope this can be improved. Secondly, the variety of breakfast items is a bit sparse and the noodles are just okay.

The hotel is in a great location, 100 meters from the main street and close to the river. You can go back to the hotel to rest anytime when you are tired after strolling around the main street during the day. After dinner, I walked along the river to the covered bridge to see the night view, which was very comfortable. The hotel service is also great, and it can pick up and drop off at Huanglongxi Bus Station for free, which saves a lot of trouble. I don't have to walk into the scenic area with my luggage, which is much easier! When we left, the hotel also sent us to the bus station!

Hygiene: Some stubborn water stains on the bathroom countertops. Many small flying insects in the shower area.

Service: The receptionist seemed new on check-in day; they handed over the room key without saying a word. The staff at check-out were noticeably more experienced.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the humanized design is reflected everywhere. The toilet light is a voice-controlled light. It will automatically turn on when you get up in the middle of the night. You don’t need to turn on the light in the dark. Electric curtains, there is a TV next to the bathtub, and you can also watch TV while taking a bath. There are welcome fruits and milk, small details slowly. The staff inside are very enthusiastic and responsive. The second time I came, the focus was on handmade, children's playground, and their own cinema. They are all new films synchronized with the yard line. It is best to bring children to kill time. I recommend everyone to play here for parents and children.

Service: The boss and the waiter are very good, the speech is very gentle, will help us to consider all the things, give us a check-in in advance, and also prepare a lot of mosquito repellent and mosquito coils for us, plus the cleaning is very clean, so I don’t feel the trouble of mosquitoes. In the morning, I can hear the rooster crowing that I have not heard for many years. I am very satisfied. The reason for the 5 points deduction is breakfast, because we went out to play with the dolls and the hotel was set with breakfast, but this time there was no one of the worst breakfast experiences. Going to breakfast canteen aunt said that there are fewer people and noodles. If there are more people, there will be a buffet breakfast. I heard that this is already very depressed. I don’t adapt to breakfast noodles at all. If there are fewer people, can’t you do it less? The most amazing thing is that you can eat eggs for the doll, but one person, Ask for one more for the aunt. The aunt said that it was a boiled egg per person according to the number of people staying. It was gone. It was really speechless. The eggs could not be cooked a few more. To be honest, I am not used to eating breakfast noodles, and the taste is average, but I am afraid that I can't find food when I go out. My wife and I have eaten some. 113160****This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The decoration is high-grade, and the boss is good at communicating. Basically, everything that can be considered for guests as a homestay is considered. The environment is beautiful, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, beyond my expectations, the warm atmosphere and intimate service make me feel more cordial, if I have the opportunity to revisit next time, this must be the first choice!

Yy0shimiLocation was good, it was within the scenic area but I was travelling with a large suitcase so it wasn't easy dragging it along the cobbled street. About 5 mins walk from parking lot. Heater isn't very strong as I went in winter and was shivering all night. Toilet got flooded halfway through my shower.

Warm and exquisite, clean and tidy, the owner is like a young lady at home patiently and meticulously interacting. It turned out that oranges are the names of their kittens, and I forgot to ask what Xiaoyan means.

AAinijiuxiangtianqingI took a spontaneous trip for myself, although it was not far away! I also experienced the feeling of staying in a B&B. I chose a B&B based on my own distance. I didn't expect it to be good. It was easy to find and close. The coffee and drinks were good. The main issue of staying in a B&B alone was safety. I chose a room with a big bed and the equipment was good. There were no safety hazards. There were no cameras in the room. The quilt covers and sheets were very clean without stains or odors. Daily necessities were also clean and safe to use.
I really like this kind of B&B with a style, recommended!

Anyway, I think everything is good, except that when the children in the family room were taking a nap, the waiter kept knocking on the door to serve tea and even tried to open the door directly to come in. In fact, our baby stroller was right at the door. The service in this aspect should be more meticulous, because we only took a half-hour nap. I hope it can be improved. The sanitary facilities, room pick-up services are all very good and I hope they can be maintained.

GGuest UserIt was off-season when we went, so the house price was very cheap! Not on the main street on the far side of the ancient city, very close to the covered bridge ～ Because we didn't go to the peak season when we went, the basic ancient town was closed at night! There is nothing to see ～～ The house is not big but it is still clean! If you have a lot of things, you must book a room downstairs or carry a suitcase upstairs. It is too troublesome.
