入住感受
位置:在梅州的農產品物流區內，附近沒有什麼商業區，沒有開車交通會很麻煩，雖然是十一黃金假期但是晚貨車的噪音非常大，而且還有樓房施工，晚上睡覺各種噪音。
服務:因為沒看到停車指引牌，所以我聽到了門口的石階前後都有私家車停放，我一進來迎賓坐在那裡就跟我説讓我把車停好，態度不是很友善，最重要他還是座着那跟我説，我回他辦理完入住馬上在停其他地方。到了前台登記時，前台人員跟我説停在門口小心被刮花。我暈難道沒管理麼，這麼容易就被刮花。
設施環境:跟網上的P圖後的圖片出入還是很大！
洗手枱：水露是壞的，不能鎖水洗衣服；
毛巾架：是斜的，搖搖欲醉的樣子都要掉下來的了，早上洗漱浴巾直接掉在了馬桶裏，還好是兩條，另一條備用；
拖鞋:廉價膠拖鞋；
浴室門：沒有是個廉價的塑料簾，水很容易濺出去；
花灑噴頭架:**是壞的裏面有維修過的痕跡衹是拿膠帶簡單纏繞；
陽台門：鎖是壞的不能完全密封住，這也是晚上噪音大的原因。
空調：擺風塑料板老化摩擦聲很大，一定要固定住，還有牆上有明顯的漏水痕跡；
門口的插電卡：白色牆面已經包漿了黑色；
水壺：千萬別打開，要不你不會那它燒水喝。

有獨立地下停車場。基本酒店配套設施滿意。周邊用餐沒什麼選擇。開車就比較方便，去客天下用時30分鐘內吧。

服務態度很惡劣，沒見過這麼奇葩的酒店搞這樣子的前台，連住的情況下諮詢了能不能優惠，態度十分瞧不起人，説你愛差評就差評跟她一點關係都沒有，好的就按照你説的來，還有是不是瞧不起外地人，在那跟同事討論我的時候覺得別人聽不懂嗎？
