Recommend for families, location far from the center. No restaurant around, it's new area

I think this is a ******* place because I’m out with an accident here so I’m not gonna elaborate more on that and how gruesome my experience with sound like after sustaining quite a bad injury at this property.

It is a good apartment... I not sure later how, but now the unit I got stil new and well maintained, the price also reasonable... But inside many things I din use, I only use aircond, water heater, TV n Internet, so for these, all is in good functioning... All as per pictures I trip.com. Go for staycation also a good idea

The place is great for family. It’s slightly off the city but quiet and cozy. With sea view is the best. Parking is available if you’re driving. The swimming pool is great and there’s a convenient store available as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, spacious as well. I booked an appointment with 2 rooms. There’s a living room with dinning place and a small kitchen. There’s also a service yard with washing machine.

Best when i wake up i saw that have a nice view.. that make me smile.. that house very good and big.. but got 1 problem.. the lift.. got 5lift but very slow..overall i love this place.. easy and can check in late.. 👍👍👍👍.. i will repeat😊

Nice place to stay. Hope maintain the standards. 2nd time back here. This round got city view but have beautiful sunset from unit. Just please upkeep the water boiler and washing machine. Others still okay so far.

We travelled to Melaka often and stayed in many different hotels and apartment. This is the worst we’ve stayed. Whoever the owner of this property I hope you read my reviews. You ought to make a lot of improvements if you are serious about running a business. The room is so dusty (can see from my pic). I have a video taken but this platform won’t allow me to upload. Toilet towel hanger broke. Table bad stain and permanent marks. Hair dryer faulty. I questioned the justification of collecting RM$150. furnitures covered with a layer of dust. Don’t even have shower curtain in the bathroom (shower curtains are cheap). You are quick in messaging your guests on all the many rules and penalties but failed to provide basic comfort and cleanliness. You are very lucky that your stuffs are good. They’re very patient. I was very angry and upset when the aircond wasn’t working in the first room I was given (not cold even after 1.5 hours) because they told me all the rooms are the same. So I told them that they need to fully refund me if they are unable to provide a aircondition room since I’ve paid for one. They are very patient and I felt sorry for them since is not their fault at all. This’s my first and shall be my last stay. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay here. I would have given a 0 (zero) rating if there was such an option esp on cleanliness.

Love it so much, we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, the rooms are very clean, wide and equipped with basic equipments and electrical appliances such as microwave, electrical stove, fridge, washing machine and TV. You will be assigned one unique parking lot for each unit after checked in. Customer service is so excellent and efficient. The view is pretty nice, can even see Encore Melaka from our unit. Will come here again next time.

We've stayed here twice because of the clean & comfortable apartment. even a short vacation with the family, it is very enjoyable with various facilities.
