I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The room was just as shown in the pictures – spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The small kitchenette was a nice touch and made it convenient for light meals. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay, yet it’s close to many restaurants, so dining options are plentiful.
One downside, though, was the bathroom – the cleanliness of the walls could be improved, especially in the shower area. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall comfort and quality of the room.
The hotel is easy to reach, and I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable, peaceful stay with great access to local dining spots.

Location is good to access to public transport.
Close to queen Victoria market and aldi supermarket
Everyday has housekeeping to clean the room and replace the fresh towel.
Sound proof was not good as I can still hear someone running on the floor in the midnight and talking next to the room.
If you are light sleeper definitely will be awake by midnight with the poor soundproof
Other than that the hotel is good and I enjoy my entire stay

The location is good, walking distance to major main attractions in Melbourne.
But the hotel a bit run down, there is some unpleasant smell if didn’t open the window.

Good location in the city, close to the queen Victoria market. The room itself was average, also sound insulation wasn’t good, can hear people walking outside and on the upper floors.

The location is great, just next to the market. The room is reasonable but shower room is unclean. There is a lot of noise from the above room and corridor.
