Room was very big, however overall all the place is quite outdated and old - especially the bathroom. The shower/bathtub is very slippery, even with the rubber mat. There was a foul smell in the hallway and occasionally in the lobby as well.

Extremely bad service. Was specifically asked what kind of room I wanted even though it was written on the booking, and then given a different room. Had to go down and swap over keys and needed to wait 15 minutes for a simple key swap.
Beds weren’t made either, and towels were not clean. Ended up buying towels.
Absolutely no customer service.

1st class, the suite was a perfect size for 2 people. The view was excellent from the balcony, kitchen & bathroom facilities were perfect with comfortable furniture in the lounge area. The staff were very helpful & cheery & a credit to the establishment.
We would come back here without hesitation & would recommend it highly.
