我住過服務最差的酒店。是服務！！！前台辦入住就我們一個住，一箇中年婦女弄了好久也搞不定，最後來了一個年輕人分分鐘就辦好了。 退房時，按金刷的信用卡。當時我們巳上高速路。酒店來電話，告訴我，需要我的信用卡付款密碼。才可以退按金。 攜程上這麼多年，第一次遇到這個情況。最後還是找客服，才把按金要回來。 差評！！！‘

因為導航失誤，無意間住了這間＂寶藏＂酒店（相對價格而言）！
前台小姐姐👧非常熱情耐心，帶看房間；問到周邊的吃、玩，細緻的解答。
房間寬敞乾淨舒適温馨，毛巾質地柔軟吸水，水龍頭出水量大，沐浴露洗髮水質量不錯👌
洗漱小七件齊備外（牙膏、牙刷、梳子、浴帽、髮圈、棉簽包、刮鬍刀）居然還有贈送支潤脣膏💄
對於旅行在外的女性朋友來説，實在太友好了！雲貴高原確實乾燥的多。
還有免費的各式零食、玄米茶包、雲南咖啡條，礦泉水有6支！意不意外！驚不驚喜？
早餐從早上七點到下午兩點！！！開心🥳🥳第一次碰到早餐持續這麼長時間的酒店，對喜歡賴床、不願早起、白天旅途勞累的旅人，這安排太貼心太共情了！哈哈，愛了😍愛了💕
最最重要的是，房價才一百多！非常超值，性價比超高！值得推薦👍👍👍

房間乾淨，衞生，整潔，設施都很新，各種小細節也做得很好。礦泉水給配4瓶，洗澡水很大，停車很方便，前台服務員態度熱情，早餐是很大一碗米線。

酒店位於蒙自市市中心，整體感覺還是不錯的，房間比較寬敞，前台略小了一些，停車場比較緊湊。
住的家庭間，裡外兩個房間比較挺方便，衹是洗手間放在孩子的房間，進進出出多少經過孩子房間，不是特別方便，設計有些缺陷。
早餐是旁邊的一個飯館，每人一份3個配料的米線，其他衹有雞蛋紅薯饅頭等等一些小配料，不算很豐盛但也夠吃。
