I really enjoyed spending seven nights in this place. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a double room, but it was bigger than I would have expected, with a fridge, microwave, and kettle. There were two bathrooms with hairdryers, a salon, and a balcony. It was very private for a hotel, and the separate stairs to the room were a nice touch. The swimming pools were clean and had a lot of space around them. The food was fresh and tasty, with many options to choose from, along with hot and cold drinks. The beach is a 10-minute walking distance away, and there are many restaurants nearby. For the price I paid for all-inclusive, I couldn't ask for more and will be coming back when I have the chance. Menorca is a perfect choice if you're looking for a quiet place to relax without too many tourists.

Overall we had a nice time in the hotel.
However we were not able to use the sauna because someone broke the door and during our 4- day stay it has not been repaired.
The spa closes very fast so in the evening you can't use it nor over the weekends.
The gym was a big disappointment, half of the machines were not working and were super dirty. We liked the food - the chef is great and the entertainment at night was fun.

The inedible buffet dishes reheated several times between noon and evening rotten fruit greasy and poor quality food
Dilapidated facilities old and cold jacuzzi!! This is not a 4 star hotel false advertising

The facilities were great, the villas, pools, leisure areas and the aquapark. The staff is very friendly and willing. Ideal for a family vacation. The only thing, I recommend renting a car to see the island.
